I’m so proud to be the Activity Director at Rose Garden what I love most about my Job is to make my residents happy and always be there for them This facility is under new ownership. Completely remodeled and New management  and staff. This facility  prides itself in excellent quality  of care and service

Staff are very motivated and hard working. Wonderful nurses work here and wonderful staff they are really friendly and take good care of our loved ones. Also the facility is spotless really clean and smells so good when you enter the facility.

I had a decent experience the first time I came here. I don't know what happened but the level of care and profesionalism from certain employees impedes the entire healing process. There is no room for loud and disruptive communication by those whose mission it is to heal. They're always working with a skeleton crew.

Bad place. Trying to get my mom out of there ASAP. She’s on a special diet. They ignore what her doctors want her to eat. They give her whatever she wants. Now her condition is getting worse. Instead of her getting better.

Rose Garden, thank you for taking the time to give me a tour, accommodate my family and provide 5 star care very grateful from the bottom of my heart,Clean space, bilingual, well rounded care and welcoming.

Don't recommend sending your loved one here. Dirty facility and unhelpful, low skilled staff. My family member just left the facility yesterday, and was diagnosed with scabies upon arriving at the hospital.

Family member was there for 3 yrs. facility is nasty they do not take care of patients. They allowed my family member to receive a stage 4 bedsore because they are all about the money not the patients. Don't put someone you Love there.Theh allow patient to be soaked in piss for hours before changing them.

Street parking is plentiful. Very friendly staff who are always busy caring for patients on the floor. Many units are 3 residents on twin beds to one room.

I worked here back in 1988  and 1989 not a bad place to work at

It is a very unpleasant place, instead of allowing the patient to recover. He becomes depressed, they do not give him the attention that he should occupy. Today, dad lost his life due to poor treatment. They do not know what was the recommended zero reason Oh, interest is money
