Roses

I went into Roses today to return two shirts that were not the right size. They are brand new with the tags and I had the receipt See attached picture. The customer service lady at the front of the store in Fuquay Varina, NC scanned the tag and it was from that store. She stated that the number on the receipt didn't match the numbers on the items. She would not refund me for the amount that I paid for the items. I was shocked and Appalled at her response to my request. I haven't had any other store to do this and I shopped various Roses department stores for 40+ years. Due to this issue, I am not going to purchased any more items from Roses or any stores owned by Variety Wholesalers like Roses, Maxway stores, etc. I would advise you not to shop at a store that does not put customers first. There are a lot of other low prices stores that you can shop at such as Big Lot, Walmart, Kmart, Dollar General, and Family Dollar, Dollar Tree who carry a lot of the same items. It was very disappointing that they let Roses personnel treat their customers that way.

The prices are amazing. There is a large diversity of products in the store, including plus sized clothing for men and women. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Increased review to five stars. The layout of the store is great now. I love Roses. It is often my go to.

I love roses. This store was well kept, but the dressing rooms were very dirty. I met two employees one was supper nice, great personality, and the other one gave me a dirty look and was like "what?!" When I asked a question.

They have very nice dresses!! Some are just as beautiful as on high quality shops. I so enjoy going to Roses, especially on Wednesday!! Senior Day!! 10% off for us Seniors!

You cannot beat their prices they have all kinds of clothes and shoes for all kinds of sizes and then they have the food section cleaning section pet section toy section good deals

Horrible customer service. Asked to be let into the dressing room, the employee I asked was rude to me and I waited over 10 minutes for them to send someone like she said thr would but they never did. The manager walked by us at least 4 times while we were waiting, but passed us by to go smoke instead.

I think that its a great little discount store, I will definitely shop here again

Love this store, sometimes not everything is priced would be my only complaint
