Bought a package of buy 3 get 1 free. Got home after the wash, noticed my passenger side mirror was broken. I called they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. They asked me to come back in so they could watch the video and they had the broken piece sitting n3xt to the car wash. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Not even for gas.
Ali was very friendly and took care of me right away. The car looked great after the detail and they finished everything up right on time. I look forward to getting my car detailed again soon.
I LOVE this car wash.... They accept the big boy trucks ; I have a F150 4x4 with a 7 inch lift and they are able to give my truck a nice shiny wash and they were quick and very detailed in their services...
The Roseville Auto Spa is located in the Mobil gas station at the corner of Blue Lakes and Foothills Boulevard. It's also part of the Circle K convenience store. The Roseville Auto Spa Car Wash is your typical gas station tunnel style car wash, but thats where the typical ends. They have a large staff who pre wash the car and expertly vacuum and dry to finish. They also have a full detail shop for hand waxing or custom interior cleaning. If you shop at the local Safeway at the corner of Woodcreek and Blue Oaks the receipt sometimes has a $4 off coupon $13.99 on the back. I use them all the time. Just pull to the attendant he will offer you a tire shine for $3 more. Then they'll pre wash your car and send you on through the tunnel car wash. Then follow the next attended, park your car, leave the key inside, and they'll take it from there to vacuum and dry. Once you're outside of your car you pay in the Circle K store. There's an open patio waiting area and also a covered one. I usually tip the attendant $3 to $5 depending on the job they do. ~TOPHATT~ As always please like this review if it was helpful to you. They do a fairly good job, but check your vehicle to make sure they got it clean, sometimes they miss a few spots.
Great! They are clean place. Friendly. Helpful. Nice. I go here 5x times now. Always feel good about here.
Horrible detail service. Good drive thru wash though. They said it would take 3 hours and it took 8 just for the inside. There is still the same dirty spots in my car like all they did was rub oil over everything and say here you go, detail. I had to wipe everything down in my car cause of all the oil residue. There is wax all over my car and i got a interior detail so they were waxing a car next to mine and just left all the splatter on my car. Not willing to help, they just lost a customer but the attitude says they don't care. Need a quick wash that's fine but don't ever bring your car for a detail, they don't know what they are doing.
They didnt clean the car at all, they Just put a coat of wax on my dash and vacum for 230$ Not recomand .
Service is efficient and reasonably fast. My car looks brand new.
This is a full service car wash that does an excellent job.
