Excellent RV Park I was just on the borderline of age requirements & stayed there for a number of months whilst working in the area. Management is awesome, professional & very pleasant. I was sad to leave. Community is safe, gated and people there lookout for each other. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I go back to work in LA.
Profesionnally managed, gated, well kept mobile home and RV Park. Friendly staff. Small location of approximately 100 lots. A few lots are larger. People watch out for each other and report issues to the front office. Lakewood Police respond to emergency calls.
The front office staff is very warm and welcoming. They always have activities going on like wii bowling, bingo, bunko, and movie nights. The community is very well maintained and amenities always work and are clean. They stay on top of everything here. All the residents look out for each other and therefore you feel really safe. No wonder we stayed so long. Also all the neighbors are all nice and respectful. If your thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate.
Great place! Very well maintained! Fun clubhouse! They are always having fun events throughout the week and for holidays! We are new to the area so been busy and haven’t made to a lot of them but the ones we have attended have been awesome! Looking forward to getting more involved! Awesome maintenance and the ladies in the office are great!
I love this place!!! The ladies who operate the office are so sweet and helpful. The manager is great and the place is clean and classy. The price is very reasonable. All the residents are kind and friendly. It's just a great RV and mobile home park.
The park is nice. Well groomed, bathrooms and showers available. Laundry facility very reasonable, clean and excellent working condition. There is also a rec. Room and swimming pool. I am giving the place a 2 because during my visit of two nights I parked inside the park and rats got inside my car motor. The rats ate the wiring and my car is no good now. I had taken my car to the dealer the day before for brakes so I though it had to do with that. When the technician look, the rats came out of the motor. I feel bad for the elderly who reside there because they might not have someone who looks after them. I am looking at a huge expense that I was not prepared for as the insurance does not cover that type of damage.

Denise and her family were fantastic , great place to either stop in for a few nights or longer term. Very nice and accomodating.
Quiet and calm living space for seniors.
Very clean and quiet, office manager is nice and friendly. Restaurant and shops within a few miles from park
