hot and tiring working conditions, constantly on feet, have to meet monthly quotas, if you take a break to restroom your supervisors are passive aggressive, rude hr department on site, they dont tell you it is temp to hire and everyone sleeps with eachother. a mess.

Worse warehouse I have ever worked supervisors are so rude, unprofessional,have no courtesy, the HR department is also very rude and unprofessional. It's ridiculous how they want a high percentage but very incomplete headers. Will move forward with my complaint.

it could be better in alot of ways. The performance system could use a adjustment, to many issues I believe are not being measured and causes employees to get irritated and quit.

Ross distribution gave me the opportunity to work there and I do thank them for that. I work there for about 7 months straight. I was a packer and I mean the work was hard but it was okay to handle. In my department there were 4 supervisors and out of those 4 none of them would help out. The team would have questions and all they had as an answer was an IDK. For me professionalism is important. As I started working there I saw that my supervisors and managers were unorganized with everything. Ross distribution does not take the time to be there for you all they want to do is for their employees to work like slaves. Favoritism is the main problem there. I don’t recommend this warehouse because they don’t care about the employees at all, and the pay is too little for so much work. HR will always tell you that they’re there for you when they’re not. Like I said the pay is too little for so much work and so much stress.
