Great place! Awesome selection of clothes. I have good luck finding my length paints which is somewhat harder then most being 6'5"tall Highly recommend.
Talk about VARIETY! This store has EVERYTHING! I was like WOW! I came in to buy 2 Tops, and came out with a loaded cart! From cosmetics, to faux realistic looking white Orchid plants, 3-tiered storage rack on wheels, etc. I was a happy camper when I left this store! ROSS Dress for Less, You ROCK!! Update: needed to return an Item which inadvertently the wrong size. The item was within 30 days of return and was promptly removed from my credit card without any problem. Great customer service!
I am annoyed! I just purchased a sheet set within the hour and get home put the stuff in the already running washing machine and boom no darn fitted sheet. Call the store and they basically told me it’s a manufactured issue and there is nothing they can do about it. And because I open the set and now wet set I can’t return it. Where is the customer service at?? I didn’t do anything wrong but going to Ross. I want my money or fitted sheet. For all this you should have open it at the register to make sure all the components are in the package once they took the arm tag off it. Corporate office will hear my mouth come Monday. This store gets a negative stars from me the system made me give 1
Of course the prices are reasonable however they are very much understaffed I have going in there and shop and have left everything because the line was so long to pay it wasn't worth it to stay they need to hire some cashiers. What is the point of shopping through the store to find the deals and you literally have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to check out just standing in line it's ridiculous and they don't move fast because they know it's a line you're getting paid the same amount whether they hurry up or not so those cashiers are taking their sweet time sweetie they need help.
WORST customer service ever! Both times I came the workers avoid staying up front the check out customers. They always leave it to one worker even when they see the line building up. Waited so long to return my items. 5 workers in the front and they all saw me waiting and still continued to leave to go in the back. The whole time there was another worker just standing in the front not helping people until the managerwho doesn’t do anything or whatever came in the front. I do applaud the two ladies that were stuck with the long line of people while everybody else ran in the back to hide. The one star is for them.
They always have SOMETHING I like and the price is doable. Actually, they have to much stuff I like. I LOVE their candles. Their cook ware. Always something cute little Bowles or coffee cup.. I love the "car/ tool isle" always some neat gadget at a GREAT price.
I visited Ross store #0496 on 5/18/23. After making my selection I stood in check- out line about 25-30 minutes and there was only One register #12 open & approx. 20 customers waiting. Associate # 2183961 stated " can only take customers who are using credit cards" then she charged me twice for same item. If there's only One register open cashier should accept All forms of payments!! I advised this cashier how long I had waited & Ross needs new management & I believe she deliberately charged me twice for same item. This was very poor customer service!!
Selection is so so. Wish they had more workout stuff for plus size women. I did find a great deal on workout equipment so that was awesome. The staff... apparently, they hate their job. Their attitude is why I didn't give it 5 stars.
Nothing was in the correct place by size bottoms, tops, nor dresses, but there were a few jewels there I managed to find. The cashier Michelle was VERY standoffish/ rude; she was taking a long time chatting with the customers before us, but I thought maybe they meant she was just social/ friendly, so that's okay, but when we walked up her face dropped, she turned her back, refused to greet us or say one word the whole time as slow as she moved like she was intentionally waiting for others to get the rest of the customers in line by moving slow with each article of clothing. She didn't look up or speak until she told me the total, so I had dropped my smile as well and couldn't wait to get away from her and that store as I contemplated just leaving everything there for them to put away and not buying anything to patronize a store with such rude staff as her. She seems to be one of those people who offer poor customer service to other African Americans as if we're not worthy of the same quality customer service as the Caucasian customers who she bent over backwards to be kind to in contrast. This partiality should not be overlooked just because she's Black; Black people are capable of discriminating against African Americans as well. The standard of service should be the same for all customers who spend money just the same. We give Ross just as much business as anyone else contributing to her paycheck, so I really don't appreciate the lack of customer service and interpersonal skills. She would benefit from a coaching/write-up and training, though I'm not sure bad attitudes can be trained away. Think I'll stick to the Ross in Harker Heights if I go back to one of their stores.
Dirty. The place smells like a used clothing thrift store. The shelves had layers of dust. I don't know HOW this is rated a 4 star.
