Line was pretty long. I didn’t realize it was Tuesday senior discount day but that didn’t stop the quick customer service. It was actually quite impressive. Tons of variety left me spoiled for choice. The ongoing sales were a delightful surprise, making it even more worthwhile. Plus, the checkout area stocked with snacks and goodies was a thoughtful touch. Will definitely be returning for more retail therapy!

Customer service is zero. I prefer to pay a little more and get treated as a human. And when I wanted to pay for the skirt I wanted to get , the line was huge and there was only one cashier and when I asked for help , she said they all on lunch break, so I left the skirt and left. One more thing, Tuesday is the only day seniors get 10% discount, the stores fill out and yet no more workers, so the waiting line is longer than regular  Usually across the store  . I feel this is disrespectful for us, the customers. And lately the quality is down too. Before it was like treasure hunting

Needs to update their fashion for men shoes 13 and up and styles in clothing  socks long detailed kind, men's underwear    not enough selection XXLAEROPOSTALE, PSD, etc.

Good prices, nice place to buy different products and customers services are excellent.

Nice clean store. The staff can be a little bit more helpful and welcoming. Other than that you can most of the time fine what you are looking for.

So disappointed!!! I was told sorry. Maintenance only clean the restroom once a day and they didn't have anyone to clean There was absolutely NO tissue yo use.

We were looking for shoes and we purchased 2 pairs here at a very good price

Fairly big store. Not as empty as other Roses I've been to. Bust staff but still nice and willing to help.

Like any other Ross, it's a little messy, but the staff are somewhat friendly.  And they provide a lot of options for every season.  From clothes to decorations, it's great, especially with such reasonable prices.  In this economy, gotta love that Ross has not raised the cost of everything too, well yet.

Lines are super long to the point where it almost goes to the back of the store and only two cashiers . Being followed by security about 4 times while shopping. Parking is so small and compact where people use two parking spaces. Never come here again !
