I got a killer deal for a echo unlimited shoe for $19 and i love the color. Store is a little bit messy but surprisingly I had no issues on locating items of my interest.
I love Ross. The clothes are stylish and very affordable. The decor items are trendy with a mix of unusual. I always find interesting kitchen gadgets like a potato chip maker. Great store!
Your money buys more here than at comparable stores. Buy and save, everything is at discount prices. A very popular store, if you see something you like, buy it or it may not be there next time. Quantities and sizes are limited. Great place to buy gifts. Ask for gift receipts. The past few trips this store had a good selection of goods, was clean, organized and not over crowded. However, the dressing rooms need more than ONE hook! The workers are friendly and helpful. I hope they can maintain store cleanliness after the Canadian border reopens from Covid-19.
So messy it's gross. Staff are stressed out which is probably not their fault , yelling and cursing. The washroom was closed because of the " homeless " the worker in the change room loudly yelled. I understand theft is a serious issue. However paying customers shouldn't have to suffer for that. The store obviously needs to work on security issues. We won't be back, it's a shame because there are some good deals here.
Yikes. I've been to many Ross stores in quite a few states and this was the worst by far. It looked like a tornado hit the inside and everyone just tossed products where ever they wanted with no order or place for anything. It was complete chaos, I enjoy looking around but I had no idea where to look for anything because it was a disaster. Had 3 lps working idk why you need so many for a small store while one was flirting with another employee in the shoe aisle, 3 cashiers and there were literally 6 employees standing around talking to each other doing nothing during the 20 min wait in line, just talking to the cashiers and lps. No wonder the place is a mess, everyone is too busy talking to other employees. I've never been in a store as badly run as this one before so it was quite surprising, I'll drive further to go elsewhere or I'll go to Marshall's next door
Don't go on the weekends! The store is swamped with Canadian shoppers and their kids not being supervised. Or, maybe you're into that, and BDSM is your thing. It's great if you're looking for earbuds, shelves, and women's clothing, but save yourself some torture and go on Thursday.

I usually love going shopping at Ross and I have been to many across America but this is by far the messiest and worst organized one EVER ... the aisles are super small, they have way too much inventory and there’s clothes and merchandise all over the floor!! I’m sure customers don’t help the situation but management is not on top of this with their staff..I just walked out yesterday and didn’t buy anything as it’s not a pleasant shopping experience
No washroom access? And next door Marshalls, beautiful store completely organized and gladly welcomed guests with clean aisles and washrooms. Shame on you staff and management of Ross. If there was a zero star or minus star it would have been deserved by you.
