I Get Sooo Sucked Into This Place!! I Could Be There For Days. Found A New Water Tracker Cup, Super Cool. Each Time You Finish A Cup Of Water You Move The Rubber Band Up.  The only thing I'd say, I wish people would put stuff back nicely and with the right items

If I could rate zero I literally would. Managers are rude, and cuss out their own staff in front of everyone. Very unprofessional atmosphere, seems like they're always trying to be super fast, obviously a push from the higher ups. Everyone looks exhausted and unhappy here, in fact the only thing they got going for them is the products they carry - I would not recommend my friends or family to shop here.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a group of incompetent employees at this store I purchased a product from. Not only did they lack basic customer service skills, but they also resorted to dishonesty when I attempted to return the purchased item. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the subpar service and lack of integrity I encountered.  From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that the employees were disinterested in helping customers. They appeared to be more focused on their personal conversations and seemed annoyed when approached for assistance. Nevertheless, I proceeded to explain my situation regarding a faulty product that needed to be returned.  To my surprise, the employees immediately became defensive and insisted that the problem was due to my mishandling of the product. Despite providing proof of purchase and highlighting the warranty, they disregarded my concerns and refused to acknowledge their responsibility. It was disheartening to witness their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their lack of willingness to resolve the issue.  As a last resort, I requested to speak with a manager in hopes of finding a resolution. However, to my disappointment, the manager seemed equally uninterested in addressing my concerns. They echoed the same sentiments as the employees, stating that it was my fault for the product malfunction and dismissing the idea of a refund or exchange.  What truly infuriated me was the dishonesty exhibited by the employees. They outright lied about the return policy, claiming that the product was non-refundable or that the warranty had expired. I had done my due diligence and was well-aware of the return policy, which clearly stated that defective products could be returned within a specified timeframe.  The entire experience left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. It is unacceptable for a store to employ individuals who lack basic customer service skills and resort to dishonest tactics to avoid taking responsibility for their faulty products. As a consumer, I expect honesty, integrity, and a genuine effort to resolve any issues that arise.  I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before making any purchases at this store. The incompetence and dishonesty demonstrated by the employees create a toxic environment for customers. Instead, I recommend seeking out establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction, value their patrons, and are committed to resolving any issues that may arise.  Overall, my experience with these employees and their handling of my product return was deeply disappointing. It serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of customer service and honesty in business interactions.

I was able to find the perfect curtains that I had been looking for at several other stores and for an amazing price! The store has been rearranged. Lots of bargains to be found!

The long lines we waited 1 and half hrs to pay, and my mom just got made and left the things. Nope nope nope. Good stuff but bad service.

Just came to look to see if there was anything  I needed from clothing to home decor,  Christmas  time is the best the store is full of decorations and gifts for all of your family and friends

Boy the meridian store is soooo much more efficient, has a better selection and most importantly doesn't make one feel like a criminal for stopping by.  Kudos meridian Ross!

Looks like a bomb went off in this store, or any of the Ross stores I go to. They seem to only ever have one or two people working and the place is Trashed..with a capital T. It’s crazy.

Always great deals, and clean. Good service and I found a few items that were beneficial.

Wish they had more of a plus size section with more options. Can never find clothes  in my size. Love all the rest of the store.
