Ross is hit and miss with me, as I'm sure it is with most people. Sometimes I find a lot of perfect things that I'm looking for and sometimes I can't find anything! I've noticed that they've made some improvements lately, like I'm seeing less white shirts and pants with run over marks on them and things are hanging nicer. I've also noticed the check out line is moving faster and the self check out is great!
There’s a woman named ragina that works here and her attitude is awful. Even when you’re sweet to her she’s really rude. Multiple times I’ve encountered her and always had an unpleasant welcoming
Love this store anytime I go to Napa and make sure I stop off there to get good bargains this time it was bras and panties over the new girlfriend and they look great on her by the way
Tonight i went in at 10pm to get some items with my daughter. There were several employees following us around the store, The entire time we were in there for 20 minutes. The employees in the back were trying on clothing over their clothes. The lady who let me use the bathroom wouldn't allow me to enter without her being in the restroom that i am disabled with 3 broken ribs had to squeeze past this large lady to get in to use the restroom. After she follwed me into the underwear section for over 5 minutes. After shewas trying on clthing between underwear section where another employeees was trying on dresses over their clothes. Then the lady in self checkout was staring at me the enitree time i walkedd waiting for my daughter who another employee was following. She gave me a dirty look and staired at me my entire checkout. My daughter checked out separately for her items . I was like was that weird they were following me everywhere. Nope her too. And she is a manager who just got off work. I dont understand what the womens problem was but she was telling the security gaurd to look for someone who had come in with hair down and then pulled her hair up while i was checking out. Like if it such a problem they should close earlier as to not make people feel bad who are paying for all of their items. I come in at least ever6 2 weeks at noght but tonight i was extremely offended.
Took forever to get checked out by design. They had 1 register open for a busy store, basically forcing people to use their new self check out. I find this absolutely unacceptable. These people are training you people like animals to reduce their employees & automate. Wake up sheeple! We deserve customer service from the retail industry!!!!

I love Ross for Less. Great products at a reduced price. Who could not like this! Of course, there is a limited amount of items and choices. But considering this fact, you can find plenty of items to buy. I purchased bathroom rug set for going around the toilet and in front of the sink. There was not much room to fit under opening the bathroom door, but the set I purchased fit just under the door while opening. It was perfect. I had a choice of four colors to choose from. A nice bathtub soft matt was just perfect for the bathtub. It too was just the right side. A set of 25 velvet hangers was plenty for what we needed. So, based on the many years of shopping at Ross for Less and the increased inventory since the pandemic, it's time for people to start back shopping there!
Always short staffed and long lines. Employees are not crossed trained to be able to assist with customer over flow. Returns take for ever as they no longer have a returns only lane.
The Ross employee Alexya Rickman Lanna was extremely rude. I was in line along with 3 other customers ahead of me waiting to get the sensor off after paying at the self checkout and I watched her toss someones items. She made a big deal about a lady not purchasing a 10cent bag and yelled at her "Its not free!" For everyone to hear. Then for my turn she snatched my reciept & Items. She should not work in customer service if shes so miserable. Alexya has no manners.
I went to the Ross in Napa california. This place treated me like I was a criminal when I tried to take a shirt back. The woman said that I had gotten it for a discounted price and acted like it was a crime. Made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this is the only Ross in Napa, I won't be back for a long time. I believe they are short staffed and then management needs to rethink their training on customer service
