good selection, helpful workers, more clothes than other Ross stores. friendly customers, saw nothing of what previous poster said. i felt no hatred, nor hatred towards others. and she cant blame the store for the actions of one person.

Woke up early for a Ft. Sill graduation, got dressed up in my finest ensemble, and went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. After my meal, I noticed my pants were weirdly loose instead of being a bit snug from my hefty meal. After attempting to fix my wardrobe malfunction, I discovered my brand new belt that I never wore before had irreparable broke. That sent me to a wild goose chase to the nearest place where I could purchase a nice belt. Ross to the rescue, I stormed in the store and was quickly assisted by miracle workers and helped me find the perfect belt. Thank you, Ross, you saved the day!!!

This store has a variety of items but food and Hardware Staff is a little friendly and the store is not very organized could be more clean.

Its a shame what this store and country has become. Yesterday I witnessed a terrible act of racism in this store with a young lady and her two kids, being verbally attacked by another customer. The young lady was on the phone speaking Spanish shopping with her children and was not bothering a soul, when another lady out of the blue just verbally attacks her using racist's words in front of everyone and with the young ladies children there. The attacker pushed the young ladies cart hitting her daughter. I need to say the young lady being attack was a Fort Sill Soldier. The manager was informed, spoking to people who witnessed it, them telling the manager that the young lady was attacked, and the manager still did nothing. The sad part is the if it was not for Fort Sill and the Soldiers, this store or Lawton would financially die. Also, this Soldier is fighting American people and for this country and that ignorant lady is a total slap in the face for the Military. The store and the manager should be ashamed of their selves. I will give it to the young lady and her two kids, because I would not have been in control like that. She shows true control and professionalism on her part. To the management of Ross, I believe you should be more involved with customers and issues of this nature, don't just turn your heads like it did not happen. Your are part of the problem. I struggle with PSTD having served 21 years Active duty with 6 combat deployments, my mind frame would be different if this had happened to me. I will no long frequent this store and will spread the word.

I think this ross store is a nasty rude employees. I had a purse return that zipper wouldn't zip. Lost receipt .that guy checked me out was very nasty & rude.

Clean store, visited about 1 hour before closing. Staff was friendly. Parking was good.

Clean, customer service is fantastic and welcoming. Store is organized. Great place to shop.

It was a very pleasant experience. The cashier was polite and very personable

Love this store and they have some really great prices items

I love shopping there buy stuff for the house and men underwear lot cheaper than Walmart you can buy things you can efford.
