This place always has an incredibly long line. Even when there are three cashiers working. It typically takes anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to get through the line just to buy one thing. The selection is by no means organized and you'll often have to look in every section in order to try and find the size that you are looking for. This is by far the messiest Ross that I have been to. The prices also are hit and miss as I'm often able to find the same thing or similar thing on amazon or other places for less. It does not really seem to be much of a deal, unlike how it used to be 5 to 10 years ago.  The most shocking thing though, is that to enter the store you have to stop at the front behind a rope while security waits to get confirmation that one person can come into the store. They apparently have overcrowding even when there's only 40 people in the store. I feel like I'm walking into a bank, not a clothing store that sells most things for under $20..

Officially the worst Ross store in the Puget Sound region. So, there’s this barricade at the door and the guard is letting people in like one-by-one. When I asked the guard what this nonsense is, she didn’t even seem to know the answer to the question, either because she doesn’t know nor is not allowed to tell. Eventually said it was a  “metering system”, whatever that’s supposed to mean. Stupidest thing I’ve ever seen from a discount clothing store.

So really don't understand the new process. You now have to wait in line to go in the store 5-10 mins seems to be average wait and the last three time I went they only have 1 cashier both times I have waited 30-45 mins just to check out. Looks like only 2 people work there. Really hope they get some added staff.

Such a disorganized store! We find a nice bargain here or there but too many times we've been told by an employee that they would watch our cart because we couldn't take everything to the fitting room with us but then we come out and our entire cart is gone. Hours of shopping just down the drain. The lines are always ridiculously long as well. It's a headache shopping here and it didn't use to be this way. Hope it gets better but for now. I'd rather stay away.

Haven’t been here in years. Staff is great! Especially dealing with the group of people that come in.  Amazing selection of current styles, lots of sizes to choose from.  If you want to hunt for a good amount of deals, the be prepared!  Organization could be better but that’s also on the customers, not the staff.  Keep up the good work, and there’s no public restrooms.

Came across an employee named Maria or masha and she helped me find something I needed, love this Ross just because of that moment! Super efficient and work motivated

Been to a ton of Ross stores and this is the worst one in America! Rude, masked up security at the door that makes everyone crowd into a little group and wait to enter the store. Is it a prison we are visiting or a bank vault? No, it's the discount clothing store. Eye roll. We would have just turned around and left, but we had some returns from a different Ross that had to be dealt with. Needed to get stuff, but left after waiting 20 minutes to return the stuff. We just left after that. Note to management; I will be emailing corporate about how you run your store. There are other shoppers who will also not spend money when you act this way.

Super busy on weekends and the poor staff can't go fast enough. But they try their best, and are always friendly. Unfortunately, for some reason, perhaps trouble makers that like to take what's not theirs, there's one entrance/exit. One must wait until security allows you access. The other door has been closed off. Other than that, we love shopping here.

Very disorganized, so hard to find clothes of the right size on the rack, they may have just opened but the place was a mess...clothes off the hangers, on the floor, hanging on the rack. Wrong size clothes and incorrect clothing on racks. A bit disappointed. The cashier who helped me had a lot of energy, she was quick and loud...I know she meant to just make the line go quickly

Good place  for find deals with some stuffs cause you never know what you gonna find at ROSS® stores
