It was a great visit. I had not been to that location before. Of course I did find yet another pair of shoes . Tommy Hilfiger, just look at that great heel ladies!
The employees at this location are very unprofessional and and rude! When I have a question and i try to ask someone for something, i get a response in a language that I don’t even understand. Not for nothing, i am not from this country myself. I was born and raised in Germany and moved here when I was 17 and I had to learn English, just like everyone else! It’s just very difficult when you look for something specific and you can’t get an answer from anyone because you can’t understand what they’re saying. last night on Sunday, 28 May me and my fiancé had gone to the same location as around 1045 or 9:45 PM a few minutes before they close to get my daughter a birthday gift, so I was rushing through the store and I found a purse that was originally $199 but was on sale for $25 and I had to grab a few more things and the cashier seen me grabbing a couple more things and once I got to the register he said that he already closed the register even though I was still in the store and he also seen me in the store and knew that I had items that need to be checked out! Long story short, they couldn’t hold my items until the next day, and I was very disappointed how unprofessional the cashier was from last night, knowing that I was just about to come up to the register to cash out!… With that being said, I do not recommend Ross on Airport pulling Road in Naples Florida. The employees are very rude. Do not understand or speak English and they’re not very helpful! I will not recommend this store to any of my friends or family.
Overstocked store with shoes and clothes practically falling off the shelves. Need to dig for some things. Loss prevention officer at the front made me think it might not be the best location to be looking for deals
I'm reluctant to write this review but we are sick of it. They need to change the store name to Hispanics Family Store. This is a store where you can be punished for not speaking Spanish. They make announcement in Spanish ONLY before store closing and expected everyone to understand. If you were still in the store shopping a few minutes before closing, they spoke to you rudely and asked to get out. If you had problem at the self check-out, don't expect them come and help you, not to mention to provide you with a bag to hold the large items to carry out. Since you can't push the shopping cart out of the store, you need BAGS especially if you purchased a lot of fragile items. All the mirrors, including the one in the fitting room are FILTHY. Look like they NEVER clean them. If you were senior citizens, make sure you ask for the 10% discount and make sure they put the code in while ringing it up. If they forgot and had to redo the ticket, you'll have to endure some major attitude.The restrooms is beyond disgusting. Sometimes the people working at the fitting room are rude as hell and they only care about chatting with the people who speak their language. We are immigrant families from other countries but we expect the culture and learn and speak English. They are SOOOO arrogant that speaking English is beneath them. What a disgusting store!!! We were going to purchase twice as much items, but decided to leave half of them in the store. If you like Ross, find a store in another location to shop. Any store is better than this one.
This is the most disorganized store I have ever seen. I wonder what the manager does? They definitely need another manager. You won't find your shoes here.
Disappointed. Clothing was very all disarray; sizes were very mixed up. It's summer, guys! And most things were either fall or even winter like! The floors were dirty; shelves jumbled. Shoes mixed-up sizes. Maybe it was just poor timing? It wasn't like this previously.
I love this store. I hardly recommend it because here you can find any kind of clothes at very good prices! For man, woman or child, there are things for everyone. Also the shoes are beautiful and good quality. The clothes are a little disorganized but with a little patience you will find what you need. And the prices are the best thing about this place. In my opinion the only bad thing is that apparently they don't have enough bags, because the cashiers always put all the things that you buy in the same big bag, no matter if there is a shoe or a dress, or a box of cookies, and when you ask for another bag, she tells you that they don't have enough bags... but everything else is good.
Pros Low prices. The store is open late. They have a lot of merchandise. The cashiers I've had have been nice. The clothing was fairly organized by size. Cons The shoe area is always full of beeping shoes alarm tags. The line is super long. You have to really want something to get in that line! Sometimes, the quality isn't as good as regular stores. We bought an adidas backpack and it ripped.
if you come to Florida and you want to spend little on new and cheap clothes, it is the perfect place they also have clothes for the beach
First time visiting this location we were not welcomed by any staff on walking in, but overall the store seemed clean, organized and the lines moved very quickly at cash out!
