Dr. Ross is not only amazing and caring but also actually listens to concerns and cares for my children. I have never had a Dr. Care and love my children the way she has. Very responsive, attentive and informative. One of the best hands down.

Called to make an appointment for my son seeing as we are new to the kancare Aetna program. They listed her as his pcp. Was greeted with annoyance on the phone. Asking who his original Dr is and where I've been taking him.. let me not forget to mention that their website says they ARE accepting new patients. Apparently not. Guess they need to update their website and maybe take their name off of Aetna's list of pcps.

A caring, knowledgeable, dedicated pediatrician. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking.

Receptionist was very rude and hung up on me today. usually has an attitude everytime I call…dr doesn’t listen to my concerns or just writes them off, will be finding my child a new doctor.
