CAR WASH: Ruined car trim and seals on an 06 X5 bmw that got new windows, seals, and paint a few years ago so they're pretty much new and now I have CRACKED SEALS around my windows which get hand detailed each time after I go through this wash so they're protected from the sun... They are NOT REGULATING the CHEMICALS at all. GAS PRICES: average CUSTOMER SERVICE: is always hit or miss

This lady stole my car wash while behind her. I had to get a replacement code in which the next lady ahead of me almost did the same causing me a hassle and wait of over half an hour! Will never return!

I don’t know what that ladies name is that was just working but she had wavy brown hair, she’s bigger in size. SHE IS THE BIGGEST excuse my French C*NT EVER!!! No costumer service skills so rude for no reason, clearly hates her job. If she’s gonna act like that she shouldn’t have that job in the first place. Made me so angry I flipped her off through the store window. My day is ruined.

First time visitor last week and filled up then used their brush-free car wash. The employees don't seem very sociable but that car wash is the BEST brush-free car wash I've ever used. The sprayers are STRONG and the foam gets sprayed uniformly over every inch of the car 2018 VW Tiguan. The air dryer is strong as well but it only gives you 20-30 seconds to go through.

This touchless car wash is great. Clearance is 7 feet, so you can even wash your van. It's a very tight fit getting into the car wash. All the cars before is had to pull forward and back up a little to get the right angle. Touchless is the way to go.

Employees can't seem to remember how to turn on there ice coffee machine.. Ive literally dealt with this atleast 15 times since I started going to this station because I moved here to Sebastopol. I go to the other locations on Guerneville rd and Todd rd frequently and have NEVER dealt with this at any other locations. ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Set yourself an alarm or write a damn note! I shouldn't have to drive out of town for a f in ice coffee because of others incompetence and inability to do there job successfully.

Friendliest place to buy fuel in town. A local haunt for many a long time Sebastopol resident.

Oh boy, these guys have .50 cent charging dongles on the counter that they sell for $8. I said to them, "wow, you sure are profiting from the desperation of travelers, aren't you?" The guy, behind the counter, snickered.

Was loving the car wash until it scratched my paint. Unfortunately can't come here again after that.
