The City Hall Rotunda offers artists an ideal forum to showcase their work.
The Murfreesboro Art Committee is responsible for advancing the awareness and support of our visual arts resources in Murfreesboro and for scheduling exhibitions of community artists and artists of local interest in the rotunda of City Hall. The committee is also responsible for encouraging gifts of art to the city. The committee consists of seven members who are appointed for staggered three-year terms. The committee was created by Resolution of the City Council on August 15, 1991.
