This team pushed and delivered my dock 100 percent on time. They worked directly with the Dock Realty company and I had to do nothing. They overcame hurdles in attaching the new dock to my existing dock. Never complained and worked the entire time they were on the job. I would recommend this team for sure.

Best Dock Builder on the Lake, years running. We Like It Rough!
Met John at the boat show and he was very willing to help with repairs to my dock. After that meeting I’ve called twice for pricing and was promised a call back from the lady who answered, never received a call back. I also stopped by their place of business 3 times requesting the same. Each time they said the would contact me. Never happened, I give up.
After reviewing other complaints of failures to return calls I still took a chance and called looking for a section of tubular steel. I was told someone would call me me back right away as the person I needed to talk to was busy at the moment. Six hours later I called someone else and got what I needed. Obviously, this company has an awesome business and does not need to be concerned with customer service.
This company is fabulous ! We had our dock break free from the rain last night it floated 1/4 mile away and after calling numerous dock company's and hearing they couldn't help us. Called Rough Water Docks and they were here within an hour. Our dock is home now and tied off so it never floats away again. They are the best ever and did the job right, many thanks to the 3 guys that saved the day for us. THANK YOU Rough Water Docks !
Rough Water recently moved a dock for me. I scheduled early with them and they made every date/time promised. This was what I considered a complicated project in that the dock needed precise alterations prior to arriving at my site. Rough Water made the alterations to exacting detail on the water as they pushed the dock to my site saving time and ultimately my money. Communication during the move was excellent. They stayed in constant contact during the push confirming details and questioning the design to ensure a perfect finished product. The crew was courteous, professional and expedient. I would definitely use them again.
I wish I could give them 2 reviews but I can't so I gave them 3. When Dave used to work here they were very responsive. I had them put a boat lift in for me and Todd Was great and it was installed very well. However, Dave left and since then customer service has fallen off. We had a storm about a week ago and the whole bottom of the dock was torn apart. I called and Scott said they would come out on Monday to give us a quote. I never heard from Scott and finally reached out on Thursday. He texted me back and said due to their time constrains he wasn't interested in bidding the job. I wish they would have told me that a week ago. Would have saved me a lot of time. I know Todd is a good guy but as a business owner customer service is a big deal to me. This was a poor experience
The owner will talk to you like your a deckhand not like a customer! Poor customer service from him! Luckily he’s got a good friendly dock crew once it was delivered.....
