All other cabins are ruined for me due to the immense beauty and magnificence of this place. Never seen anything like it and doubt I ever will. My family met up from texas, Illinois,  and florida and it was well worth the drives. Not a single complaint. Only thing that could have made it better would be a hot tub but hey.  Nothing is perfect. But this place is as close as it gets. All the history and uniqueness puts this lodge above the rest. Was sad to leave but looking forward to going back. My family had such an amazing time I hope it becomes a yearly retreat for us. Best vacation I've ever had.  Thank you for letting us stay there

I am still in awe with your place in Old Fort what a beautiful location I can’t stop thinking about it! Round Knob was one of the most unique places I have ever visited thanks for sharing it with  and all of us it made me feel like a 12 year old kid again. It was truly an unforgettable weekend with friends!  As I get back to reality the whistle of a train, the entering of the mountains and catching a trout on a fly rod all have great new meaning!  Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise. Look forward to another visit to Round Knob.

Great place for a family gathering . Lots of areas to walk. The trains passing by are really nice . Good entertainment for at least 5 days.

Came here with the family, fleeing from a hurricane.  Fell in love with the mountains and the creek.  Serene.

We had an amazing vacation there with our whole family!  We hope to be back soon!
