Dr. Rumpf is compassionate, patient and thorough. I can tell she wants what is best for her patients. The office staff was great too.
Dr. Kevin Brown is an amazing physician. I have seen him for almost 10 years & he consistently has provided quality care. He is thorough, patient & takes his time to listen & address my concerns. He has always been informative, helpful & is so knowledgeable. He is overall just top notch. A wonderful physician who I highly recommend.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Brown as a new patient. The practice is cozy, friendly front office, and Karen the MA who took me back is super sweet as well as Dr Brown. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a kind and warm Doctor! Thank you RR OBGYN!!
Dr. Rumpf has impeccable bedside manner. So very down to earth, kind and patient in discussing matters. I've been an RN for 16 years and when it comes to my care and the care of my children, bedside manner is PRIORITY. Front office check in was easy, the wait wasn't long and the visit went about as good as I had hoped. At times, when it comes to our medical care as women, it can feel very much like we're cattle, or a "number" or box to check off. Not here. I will definitely recommend this office to my lady friends.
100% recommend Round Rock OB/GYN!! I have been going to them for years now and even moving from the area I continue to travel back to see Dr. Brown. I have had the pleasure of seeing both drs Dr-Mr and Dr-Mrs and they both have made me feel so comfortable. The drs and their staff have always been very professional and down to earth. I appreciate this office because Dr. Brown detected small masses while conducting my yearly breast check and was able to refer me to a wonderful oncologist. My own daughters go to them as well. I have referred other friends there too who say they love this office too!! Trust them
Dr. Rumph is a nice, passionate, caring, and gentle person. I came across her when I first moved to Austin by a referral to the group. She was new as well to the area. She made me comfortable with her on my first visit. She has excellent bedside manners. She listened to my concerns, and my wants. She gave me her opinion and advice. She explained to me thoroughly what was going on over the phone. Then once I went to my appointment in the office she explained it some more. She is very knowledgeable. if The day of the procedure she came in the room. She asked if I had any concerns. She explained how the procedure would go. Even after the procedure she explained what happen and what she found. She asked if I had any questions. She was so concern about my health over the weekend. She advised me to call if I notice anything wrong. She even called on Monday to check on me. She touched me dearly. She’s an outstanding doctor! Being new to the city and finding an excellent doctor that cares as well as listen. Dr. Rumph, truly loves her career. She care for her patient’s health and it shows. I told her don’t change and continue to allow God to use her.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this office - unfortunately it’s not the doctor maybe it is, I don’t know but the functionality/operation of the office itself. Being new to the area and as a new patient i was looking for a new OBGYN. After some online research and reading online reviews, I called RROBGYN, left 3 voicemails to get an appointment and on the 4th and final attempt I got a live person and made an appointment with dr Ingrid brown. I had my consult, had my levels read and blood drawn. Received my results via the online portal. I called to discuss with the dr. - she wasn’t in so i spoke with one of the employees PA whom I won’t mention here. She told me she would call in a script and I’d hear from the pharmacy within a few days. Two weeks later I never heard from the pharmacist so I tried calling RR OBGYN and not shocking but had no luck getting a live person - I sent a message via the portal in which I got an almost immediate response with “the doctor needs you to have a mammogram”. Well we discussed this during my initial consult and it would have been in my file so she would have known I had one in January if she looked on my chart. But I reminded them I had one done this year in January and sent a copy of the results . No response, none, nada, nothing. I would never go back here and wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your time. Leads me to believe the reviews aren’t real - I can’t tell if this office is lazy or just too busy to take on new patients - either way, not a good way to conduct your business. Now to find a new OBGYN…….
I have been going to this practice for some years now and it never disappoints! The doctors are amazing and the staff is as well. I usually see Dr. Kevin Brown and he has definitely made it easy to trust him and his guidance!! He even laughs at my jokes, icing on the cake if you ask me. They Rock!!!!
Dr. Kevin Brown is so great! I was nervous about seeing a male doctor but didn’t want to be on the waiting list to see his wife and he was so professional and normal that I was totally comfortable. He makes sure to keep his medical assistant in the room when doing yearly checks, so I thought that was very professional! Front office staff were amazing as well! I have had some issues with getting called back when leaving voicemails, but otherwise I have no complaints!
Was trying to get established as a new patient but after leaving multiple unreturned messages to schedule an appointment I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere for a physician. Hopefully they treat their current patients better than prospective patients.
