These food truck are amazing! The food park has 4 food trucks containing taco truck, shaved ice/smoothies truck, cheese steak truck, and a burgers and bbq truck. There’s one building with indoor seating and a bar. The food at this park is relatively inexpensive, 3 tacos cost $6.25, and a cheese steak sandwich costed $9. The atmosphere outside of the food trucks may be the best part. The park is pet and child friendly, they have free parking with a large number of park benches to eat on. There is corn-hole and a turf field that kids/pets can play on. The overall experience and feel at the food trucks is phenomenal would definitely give it a go! Kid-friendliness: Open area for kids and dogs to run around, games to play such as corn-hole.
Love this place! Great food trucks, nice beverages, cold beer. Good place to bring a group because everyone can get what they want. Portions are big enough to share! Nice area for kids to run, but be contained. Cornhole game and Adirondack chairs give a nice relaxing vibe! Check this place out!Food: 5/5
This bustling food park not only provides ample seating but also boasts a standout food truck that serves mouthwatering Birria dishes that will leave you craving more. The Birria ramen and Birria roll I tried at this food park were absolute winners. You won't have any trouble finding the Birria food truck—the consistent line of eager customers will lead you straight to it. Despite the popularity, the food truck provides timely service that is well worth the wait.
I love tacos, so I was thrilled to discover a new Mexican food truck park in my neighborhood. It's at the Route 77 Food Park. They have the best authentic street tacos in town. Their tortillas are hand-dipped in secret spices and grilled fresh in front of you. The meat is juicy and tender, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. They have a variety of options, such as chicken, beef, pork, fish, and vegetarian. It's sweet, spicy, and tangy. The salsa is homemade and has a nice kick to it. They also have other dishes, such as burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and salads. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always greet you with a smile. The food truck park itself is awesome. You can sit indoors when the weather isn't favorable or enjoy the outdoor seating. It's a great place to hang out with friends and family. I highly recommend Taquisa Waco for anyone who loves Mexican food or wants to try something new. It's the best food truck in Waco!
Well, this seemed like a pretty cool place. Would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately we were asked to leave a few min after arriving. Being from out of town, we were pleasantly surprised at how many local businesses in Waco have been super dog-friendly, even indoors. This being an “outdoor food park” we didn’t even question whether it would allow our pups… well, we were wrong. After a few minutes of sitting outdoors with our well-behaved pups, I was shocked to have an employee come up to me and say that their business only allows service dogs. My husband had already gone to order at the food trucks, so I asked if we could stay until he got back. The guy said yes, and that he didn’t want us to leave, but the owners would get upset if we stayed. So we got our food and left. I respect the company’s decision to not allow dogs, it’s just really surprising being that almost all other businesses we’ve visited in Waco have been superrrr dog-friendly. Even the Magnolia Market/Silos. 2 stars for the overall chill atmosphere and polite delivery of the bad news. Recommend Southern Roots, Balcones Distilling, or Brotherwell Brewing if you want a nice place that is dog-friendly!
Love this place. A+ for great atmosphere and a nice variety of food trucks! This is a fun sort of atmosphere that's great to hang out for the evening families, couples, groups, single folks -- everyone!... not just a place for eating and drinking.
Super chill spot off La Salle with a great selection of food and of course some Alabama Sweet Tea. Bartender is welcoming and talkative, music is great. A lot smaller in person but decent size. Lots of seating when we arrived. Totally somewhere to go every other weekend to hang and enjoy weather.Food: 5/5
The prices are a little high for my budget , but the burgers are well worth every cent! I have treated myself to burgers there twice now. Both were excellent! This time I even ordered the blonde fries. Awesome as well! I really wanted to try a Philly this time but I couldn't say no to the memories I had of the burger the first time I ate there. I love the outdoor layout. Everyone is super friendly as well. I tell everyone I can about this place! Fresh ,tasty, and overfilling!
My regular taco place was closed today so I decided to pop in and give Taquisa Waco a shot. The menu was pretty diverse with the meats and options in different kinds of tacos. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the food was hot, fresh, and quick. The tacos were delicious and the red sauce I found to be a bit unique and very tasty with just a nice bite of spice. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I thought the price was just a little high compared to others in the area. Not by a lot, or enough to prevent me from coming back though.
This place is amazing. The food options are the best. Burgeroligy is amazing. Great Burgers, best hot dogs in waco, and amazing loaded fries. The lady that runs the bar is amazing and really helpful, great adult beverages.Food: 5/5
