I am a small tax preparation business that began in June of 2009 after spending 2004-2008 in a tax prep partnership. I am now the sole owner as my partner has retired. I have an AAS in Accounting Technology earned in 1995. I have been an Enrolled Agent since 2011 and currently employ 1 other Degreed and experienced Accountant. We provide annual tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. In addition we handle the general accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services for many small businesses. We have approximately 250 clients that do business with us. I am a member of the Minnesota Society of Enrolled Agents as well as the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
