I got roses for Valentine's Day delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Today is Saturday morning and they are dead, so I called Roxy Florist in Bloomfield NJ. I spoke to Nick he was very rude and yelled at me he said roses aren't good at this time of year. So I said to Nick, I bet you charged him a hefty price for flowers you claim aren't worth the money. He said I only guarantee my flowers for 24 hours. I laughed and hung up. I'd never recommend this place. Beware of Nick!

I really wanted to like them, and support a local business, but after my experience with them on Valentine's day, I will not be shopping with them anymore. I ordered online the morning of Valentine's day, and according to their website "U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery." I even got email confirmation from them stating the flowers would be delivered ON Valentine's Day. However, I received order confirmation at 1:58pm, which I thought was strange. Nevertheless, I thought I was in the clear. 6pm the store's closing time comes and goes, but I did not get my flowers delivered. Very disappointing, but thankfully my wife understood. I call them today to find out what happened and honestly, it sounded like whoever answered could have cared less about me not getting the flowers. He explained that the store was inundated with orders which the store should have planned for and several orders could not be delivered. I asked him why I didn't get a call to say so and he couldn't give a reason other than the store being busy. He asked me if I still want them delivered to my wife today, and I said sure...sad to say this delivery has not happened yet either. Look, I get that they probably get slammed on Valentine's Day, but as a florist, how do you not plan for this? Just a shame.

I ordered flowers online for my friends birthday, a few days in advance. Come the day of her birthday, I got an email at 11 am seemingly automated, not even from a real person saying my order was cancelled even though I had gotten an confirmation email a few days earlier.... as I read it more, it said the flowers wouldn’t be delivered because of the “unavailability of Roxy florist”. I had to pay a HUGE same-day delivery charge from a different florist for the flowers to get there on her birthday! So unprofessional and frustrating. I didn’t get a phone call or enough notice to go elsewhere, so they forced me to do a rush order elsewhere. Do not recommend!

I had to give 1 star to post but really they deserve zero stars. If you want a Florist to provide late delivery from your requested time window and have the flowers wilt after 2 days and die just after 4 days than this is the place for you!! And they're not cheap! I often send my wife flowers; usually every 4-6 weeks. She's the best thing to ever happen to me and I still feel that way after 21 years. She's a nurse, works a shift and I always ask to have delivery before Noon. She works 6am-2pm. They can't ever seem to pull it off and are Always late with BS excuses. When I told my wife I was unhappy with the florist, she told me about the flowers ALWAYS wilting and then dying after just a few days; but felt bad telling me because of my kindness. SO, I'm absolutely done with these folks. Don't waste your money. Plenty of other good choices out there.

Completely dropped the ball on Valentine's day. Took me 45 min to pick up flowers I ordered 3 days prior. Owner locked the front door so nobody else would come in. Another employee handed out business cards to a different local florist. Pretty embarrassing and inexcusable on what should be their favorite day of the year for business.

Roxy did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. Aside from being very well priced, their staff is so friendly, great with ideas and most importantly, the flower arrangements they produce are stunning. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist, you won't be disappointed!

Ordered a "deluxe" bouquet for my wife. I was told the standard arrangement for my selection was 11" wide and 17" high, with "at least half a dozen roses." The "deluxe" arrangement that was delivered was the same size as the standard, with 4 roses. This was apparently the exact same issue another customer experienced in the past week; online order did not reflect what was delivered. After I called to request a refund, the owner *CALLED MY WIFE* to ask if she was "satisfied." The order was a surprise, how was she supposed to know what was ordered? Also, the mere fact that they called her at all was very bizarre and she did not appreciate being involved in their error. The owner has still refused a refund so, needless to say, they won't be receiving any business from us or anyone that asks us for recommendations.

Roxy did the flowers for my father's funeral. their flowers were cheaper than any where else, including on line. the flower arrangement was beautiful and arrived on time. it has been 23 days and i still have some of the flowers that are still alive in water. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

this flower shop I do not recommend it. It has very bad service my husband ordered a dosena of roses. But I just left a dry rose and when my husband called to complain they said they would send him another job that I never got and the price was $ 67. I definitely think they should close this flower shop so they do not continue to cheat

Awesome bunch of guys - literally! - running this well-kept shop. Readily accessible, good hours, great customer service. They even happened to have the exact color of Gerber Daisies I wanted right in stock for a fantastic price. Very highly recommend!
