Went through drive threw. Waited in parking lot 10 minutes for the 4 piece chicken. They forgot the sauce and ketchup. Fries were cold. Walked back in. Got to car. No napkins. I got one roast beef combo and a roast beef and 4 piece chicken. 30.00. not happyFood: 2/5
Everything was good. Busy lunch period. There were quite a few people in the dining room with seats still to spare. We had a good visit, didn't see that they were out of anything. Everything was clean and cooked well. I did not take any photos today.Food: 5/5
100/5 stars! Had a mix-up with my meal and somebody else's [they peeled out in a rage right in front of me and I was given their meal on accident], the employees did everything and more to ensure this tiny accident had been remedied. Shout-out to Manager Cina/Kina, who handled this whole ordeal like a champ, and to the gent with the blond buzz-cut that was working the drive-thru. Both of them deserve quite the raise. I'll be returning here for years to come. Excellent work! Kid-friendliness: Good for if your kid is having a cowboy phase. Otherwise, it's your standard fast food fare. I was here about a year ago and another customer and I had a verbal meltdown aimed at the manager due to the filthy environs, stale and almost absent condiments lettuce, tomatoes, etc, and sloppy/poor quality of the food preparation. I returned 2 days ago and was pleasantly surprised that things had improved, albeit just marginally. I may return to see if the slight trend upwards continues.
Ordered the root beer float for $5.00 and got a regular root beer. Went through the drive-thru, like I always do, and they made me walk in to pick up my order. Absolutely ridiculous! I've never had any problems at this location until today!Food: 1/5
I was visiting Westminster from Baltimore and, to my surprise, stumbled upon an old friend in Roy Rogers. I had no idea that locations still existed, so entering and placing my order made this almost 45 year old feel like a kid again. I ordered the cheeseburger combo to go and headed over to the fixins' bar to adorn it with tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard. Side of Old Bay for the fries. I had forgotten how nice it was to have the customization option. Definitely enjoyed my meal and looking forward to stopping by again the next time I'm in town.

Was in the area and saw a Roy Rogers! It was like seeing a unicorn as we don't have any where we live anymore so my wife insisted we stop. The roast beef sanwhich was as good as she remembers. Fries were a little soggy tho. Anway, for the nostalgia it gets an extra star.Recommended dishesRoast Beef
The workers were efficient and explained why I had to wait for some of the order. Even though I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. And, the food was hot and I received all that I ordered. Great place to get food to go.Food: 5/5
I just want go say the two young men, one took our order, one was putting our food on our trey he had thick glasses both gave some of the best service ive ever received. I didnt get their names but i hope they are recognized.Food: 5/5
