Pam is wonderful. Staff is over the top! Excellent accommodations and all you need for an awesome adventure in Tahoe. Just bring your food. Kitchen is well stocked and what you don't have in your unit they have it at the main office. A MUST for any VETERAN looking for a little PEACE and lots of COMFORT. Thank you again, Pam.
The Manager, Pam, is ridiculously rude. She was mean when we called to ask about parking, she was mean when we checked in, and she was both mean & unethical when she BACKED INTO OUR PARKED VEHICLE. Her husband and herself decided they would state we were parked to far from the wall. Fun fact, we are 100% certain we were not parked in the middle of the road which would be required for their claim to be true. They did not know we were guests when they started with this lie, and when they learned we were, they started to backpeddal. Do not buy a timeshare here, and never stay here! Terrible management.
