Having been a resident here for a short time, this facility is exemplary. They earn the Royal designation on all levels. The building is stately, the management and staff very attentive and proactive. The grounds are groomed and the building and garage spotless. I grew up in Manhattan on the Upper West Side, this building and my apartment surpasses all my others. At 1400 sq. Feet for a 1 bedroom it is amazing . It is a stones throw from the GW Bridge and from Great shopping in Edgewater Park. A great urban/suburbia. The quality of life here is amazing. The fitness center surpasses all others and affords a skyline view of NYC. The roof top pool and sky club are more impressive. It's understandable few units come up for sale. Also being people friendly they are also pet friendly. The Super is extremely competent and helpful. The property manager is efficient and courteous. By any standard, the Royal Buckingham earns its appellation every day.
Another great location. Scenic route of Hudson River can only be seen from backyard.
This place is trying to coerce residents into getting A Covid vaccination in order to use any amenity. Will you be liable if I have an adverse reaction???
