If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a JOKE. The servers are some of the worst I've ever experienced. Rude and disrespectful all around which is a shame because the food wasn't half bad but because of the attitude issues, even if the food came with gold bars, you couldn't ever get me to go back. Got kicked out of our seats because there was a party of 6 coming in and we had been sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for the bill. Got talked about because we sat at a table because car seats don't fit in the booths and putting a baby in a disgusting dirty highchair wasn't on the top of this customers list. What a waste of time and money.

Upset that all I could give is 5 stars. Went there last night and had the all you can eat fish and chips, and let me just tell you it was phenomenal!! There was a little wait at the door for a table to open up but the moment I was seated I was immediately taken care of. Food came out fresh and hot, Desert was delicious and service was Outstanding! Will be back for sure.

My wife & I eat here ofter and the food is always great. We enjoy all the different soups they make and all of them are great. The waitress are always smiling and in good spirits. Frankly I think this is the best vakue for the buck in the entire Macomb County area. Thumbs up!

Let me first start by saying I'm a foodie. I will travel most anywere to eat the food that I crave. Since I went to The Royal Cafe for the first time, i was so impressed by the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. I have been there many times almost every day. I try and order something different every time I go. I haven't ever had, Just an O.K. meal there!. The food has alway been top notch,and made fresh! The owner and his staff are alway friendly and attentive. I'm so happy to have found this little gem, right here in beloved city I call home. Keep up the great work! I never have to worry about were to go for a better than good meal anymore.

Under new owners.. Great food owners involved attentive to making changes for the better....wait staff is very fun friendly. Of course food is excellent so much. Soup,salad or slaw plus desert with dinners. Great prices for homemade meals. Had to give it a try on Friday All u can eat... Omg so telling all. Great place now with NEW owners.

Terrible!! I got food poisoning!! They cooked the taco salad bowl in the same grease as the fish!!! Do not go there!! The server told us "to quite down" we were having a good time, wow! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I took my girlfriend here for dinner, and I have to say they were absolutely AMAZING! Excellent service, very reasonable prices, very respectful quantity and quality food, and very polite and kind. The inside was not very loud either, and it was a very enjoyable and well spent meal. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a well priced and enjoyable meal, family or other.

From the moment I walked, I could feel the tension. The older waitress kept her eye on me so much she messed up on another carry out order. Speaking non english, the and waitress that took my order immediately gave me check but stated "no rush". Oh no, here is my card. Take it now, I dont know what the problem is. I won't be back. The food sucked after all that...

Sat for a long time before being served. Asked for coneys and chilli cheese fries. The coneys had slices of cheese and fries had melted shredded cheese. Coffees and waters sat empty until we could find someone to serve us. The perogies tasted like plastic. Service was horrible!

Horrible! Eggs not cooked correctly, over dried out ham, sausage, etc. Also, $20.00 for breakfast for 2 is expensive. Thought I'd give this place a try and never returning.
