Possibly the worst car wash I’ve ever paid for. First and foremost they sprayed something in my car that damaged my leather seats. And I can’t get it off with leather cleaner. Just look at the photo. Paid for a vacuuming, they half vacuumed the car. There is still dog hair everywhere in the car. Specifically asked if they would wipe the dashboard down, which they said they do as part of their cleaning. They only wiped maybe half. Windshield is horribly streaky, water spots all over the car from the poor towel dry. And I paid extra to clean the mats. They didn’t clean them, they sprayed them quickly and put them back in my car dripping wet. Never even wiped them down, they still have dirt on them. Will absolutely never come back here again.Services: Vacuuming
The Park Lane car wash cracked the windshield on my car. The girl at the desk photographed the damage, called the manager on the phone, I filled out their incident report and was told I would get a call from the manager. Despite 3 calls to the "manager" it is 5 days later and I have heard NOTHING!! Clearly they are not taking responsibility. You have been warned!!!Service: Auto interior vacuuming
I took my car to be detailed today. When I picked it up, everything was greasy, the backseat looked like it hadn't even been done still a lot of pet hair, there was overspray everywhere, it looked like the windows had been cleaned with crisco, and the pedals were slick. The absolute worst detail job I've ever had. I won't be going back.
I bought a brand new car in September and have been a member of this car wash for many years~ I took my car to the car wash across from Home Depot and there was tire marks all on one side of the hood of my car~ I spoke to a woman name Grace/ management company sent the pictures she requested Who assured me that this would be taken care of. To date I have called at least 10 times and asked for a callback from this woman. Crazy how people can stay in business and not deal with people the way they should be dealt with.
Probably the best automatic tunnel car wash in the area, BUT there is always a line and it moves VERY slowly!

Had to wait in a long line, about 30 minutes, but the work was great and thorough. The price was the same as the prices in Brooklyn but the services were 10 times better.Services: Polishing
The set up is terrible. If you just want a quick exterior wash, go elsewhere.
Waste of money. Poor job vacuuming. Rear windows not done. Paid for tire shine, I saw them putting it on without atleast wiping the tire first and questioned the guy who said this is how they do it. Drove home and no shine on the tires. Will definitely be my last visit there. Pointless to spend money and have a poor job done. And before someone tries to claim they were busy. There was one car before me and after me, that was it.Services: Auto detailing
