Satisfied with the car wash.Would have given 5 stars if car vacuum is also available.
I’ve happily been using Royal car wash for a couple of years. They don’t give you the hard upsell that delta sonic does. However, their brushes have damaged my new car. They literally ripped the rear wiper off the back window. And I’ve noticed little scratches all over the car from dirt in their brushes. I guess I need to find a new place.Service: Vacuuming
Car wash ok.. I give the attendants lots of credit for removing most of the bugs from the front of the car. I was disappointed by the water marks / streaks on the hood of the car after their most expensive single wash...
I like going to Royal car Wash It's quick and convenient although going through there wash tour off my back windshield wiper and it pulled up my license plate One major issue about this location.... I didn't see any vacuums.
This place is close most of time in the morning, 4 days in a row coming around 7:15 am and it says that is open but gates are always close.
Horrible staff at night! They didnt even spray the car windshield or the back of the car. They hardly sprayed at all. The lack of effort and laziness is shameful. The soap didnt even come out all the way and it was very weak. I had to go to another location just to get a proper wash. The staff at night should be fired because it was not the first time this happened.
After a week away of driving, the front of my wife’s car was covered in bugs. A young man named Nick who I later learned was affectionately called “the Bug Guy” by his manager was out front with a wash gun doing an initial rinse on the car. He spent a lot of time up front, but the bugs weren’t coming off easy. He came over to my window and explained that because of how man bugs were still stuck, we should come back around for a 2nd wash at no charge to make sure our car was clean of bugs. The 2nd wash did the trick and we were very impressed with the attention to detail of Nick. I am very glad to be a member of Royal Car Wash and felt like a valued customer even for such a simple gesture of making sure our car was clean.
Employees are all always very helpful. If I have a question about the thoroughness of a wash, they will always send me through a second time. Unlimited monthly washes are a good deal if you can go 4 times or more in the month. One complaint would be that it seems like you move through the wash much more quickly when they are very busy.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because this location doesn't have vacuums like the others Edit: Changing my review to 1* because the wash completely ripped off the antenna on top of my car and they refuse to help pay for the damage. The car is less than a year old and there's no other damage on the car. Apparently this is very common with Royal Car Wash and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
The carwash is nice and makes cleaning the car easy though there is a need to wipe away some water and bubbles for which we have to keep tissues in the car and can be done after parking in the parking next to it .
