I've always had good experiences here, the customer service is always great, especially late at night, the employees are always fun and talkative. I had an especially great experience today 12/21/22 when I ordered a sub and a chicken tender Mac bowl. The chicken tenders were cut up into many pieces and actually warm, unlike several other royal farms I've been to to order this specific item.
Worst experience tonight coming here normally come in here 3-4 times a week and today was asked for my ID after the last times I came in was never asked for a ID so I gave this young white man my id he says he can't serve me because my ID is expired... That is a ridiculous excuse considering I'm 30 years old and have never been asked for a ID at this establishment...
All of them workers jumped my child yesterday so someone need to contact me asap I'll be tomorrow and she's under 18 every one is going to jail in there if no one contact me back Store manager as well
There Customer Service is the BEST!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Super Friendly, helpful Staff. The Employees here make you feel welcome to ask them a question. I had a wonderful time learning how to use their fancy coffee machine Smile. I plan on stopping in again soon. Have a nice day!
Had the good sense to order fried chicken and potato wedge platters from here for our last gathering. Placed the order the day before, to be ready by noon the next day. I arrived about 5 minutes early and the food was just getting out of the frier. The gentleman making the food was friendly and even helped me carry it out to my car. Best of all - the chicken and wedges were DELICIOUS. We'll be ordering here again.
This place changed its hours, I mean all royal farms are 24hr. This store is close to many home owners and it wanna. Lose all early and open way pass begins work hours.... I need milk and have to sit and wait for 15 min for it because it’s 4:45 and not 5 am. That need to do better and I think some of the people there are races and clicking
I bought gas for my beamer. Come to find out they didnt have my octane so I ask for a refund. They said it would take 24 to 48 hour to go back to my card. Week goes past wondering why it didnt go into my account. Unfortunately you cant talk to a royal farm representative so you have to do everything online and email. They literally take 48 hour to email me back. They said I cant get a refund because my card on hold. I called my bank and they said everything on my end is good. There no hold, Restrictions, or red flag on my card. it been 2 weeks now. I just want my $40 back.
Royal Farm is Royal Farm. However, it's the workers that make the difference. Especially in the morning when you coming in for that cup of coffee. There's one cashier black female on the heavy side that has the worst attitude. She never Smiles at you; no eye contact; never says good morning, thank you, goodbye or have a nice day. She's always rushing and moving about as though she has something else better to do than to be waiting on you. So if you're looking to grab a cup of coffee a donut and get some gas a half a mile down there's a Wawa's. I'm going there for now on you feel welcome there.
Left a message for store manager stephanie to call me after some ignorant girl screened my call twice . Was told she was in a meeting i went in later that day . Another employee said she was there all day. Its now on 2nd day no call back . Also contacted corp 5 days ago . They still have not responded . Worse service ever only care about themselves.
2 gas pumps haven’t worked right in a month. I’ve had to leave without buying anything a few times in the morning because the woman wouldn’t come to the counter and check me out. Worst ROFO in the area
