I worked with John Raptor and Nick to help get a car and they made it such a great experience! This was my first time buying a car and they made the process so smooth and seamless and really worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. I got the perfect car for me at a lower price and mileage than what I found at another dealership. I would say maybe the only con was I felt the added on extended warranty was expensive but they worked with me to get the price reduced a bit/bundled. Nick worked with me on the financing aspect and made that as painless as possible. He was very friendly and open about what services he thought I should/shouldn’t add on and was not pushy with those at all which I so appreciated. Raptor even helped me drop off my rental car so I didn’t have to Uber back to the dealership to pick up my car, so the service was extraordinary. I so appreciate their patience and work with me, thanks so much! I love my car!

My wife was looking online for a new car and looked at Royal Moore to see what a monthly payment would be. After submitting her info Nick was quick to reach out and see what he could do to help. She emailed back and forth with him throughout the day and he was always very responsive and super available. He gave us a quote and scheduled a time for us to come in and test the vehicle out. We got there and he made the car buying process a breeze! Had us in the car and out the door quick, even with a 20-30 minute test drive to ensure we liked it. If you need a car, go to him!

Jason was absolutely fantastic! He kept me updated daily on the purchase I was aiming to obtain, and followed through the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for better service and dedication. The managers were also very friendly and easy to work with.

My old car finally broke down and my first stop for car shopping was Royal Moore Mazda.  I expected to visit many other places but never needed to. I worked with Alec and could tell instantly how knowledgeable and trustworthy he was.  Worked with him from start-to-finish, which involved needing a loaner vehicle before my car would arrive on site, and he was always promt with updates despite being super busy.  Feel great about the price, warranties thank you Nate, and the support from the collective team over there.  Lastly, met a newer member of their team, Luke, and he's going to be a great addition over there.  Good people, good vibes, enjoyed the ride!

Nick Larson was super nice. Not pushy and met us in the lot to help. This is important as we left Herzog-Meier Mazda after looking around for 20 minutes with no help.  So we drove to Royal Moore where we were greeted by Nick and bought a car!! Great service and super excited to recommend this car dealership!!!

Stopped by to look at a new Mazda and was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of our salesperson Orion and the Customer Experience Manager Jordan that I decided to buy a car on the spot.
