Hi my name is joshlyn and me and my family have been staying here for about 2 years. I have to say the number one thing I love about this place is how much lisa the manager has make this place like home. There's no drugs here and everyone is so nice. I love all the improvement the manager has made. I would truly recommend this place to someone
This motel is ok lisa is a great manager despite the up downs we may have had she tries to help others an the ideas that she comes up with for the royal motel is amazing she is great to be around an has a great sense of humor once you get to know her the owner is great as well great guy kind an sweet generously awesome in my opinion I would stay there again if given the chance to Rooms: Rooms are slowly getting remodeled an they heat well quite nice an pecful at night
I stayed here sometime in the remote past and the place is what it looks to be. The poor reviews are justified. They have this room that has a window that faces the exterior wall of the neighboring business with a narrow space between the two buildings. The cops discovered a dead body that appears motel guests shoved out the window into the bushes. They are trying to find out who it was/is at present..
I love staying here the landlord is very helply and works with you even if some one mass's with your Acc and says bad stuff to get you in nig trouble and the lanndlord and the woman he. Has working for him are vere nice her name is LisaRooms: 5/5
My original post was set as fake by the managers of this motel and said that there was no records of me staying there. That would be because I was a guest of another person. I have also had many of my own family and friends stay at this motel. I originally gave this motel a better review due to my gracious personality, but I am going to give my true review now: The motel rooms are inadequate, unkempt, the amenities are not up to par, and the price is far over what the rooms worth. The motel manager is woefully unqualified for hospitality service, there is no maidservice for cleaning, and what maintenance service they have is inadequate as well. In my opinion, your money is spent best elsewhere.
I wouldn't even give this Place one star. it's dirty And drug infested, The manager is extremely rude, and nothing gets Done or cleaned there, you're Given dirty towels, and half of the amenities in do not work and their carpet smell like mildew from leaking pipes the toilet's dont flush and if I wanted to feel like I was in a homeless shelter I would have looked for one
The place is ran by a crack head most of the people they rent to are crack heads. The owner don't give a crap what is going on as long as he ain't bothered. The rooms that are supposed to be nice are pieces of crap. The Electric is messed up. When you take showers the bath tubs fill up with water hours later they drain. They open your mail before they give it to you if the manager decides you even have mail. TOTAL RIP OFF I WOULDN'T GIVE ANY STARS BUT THIS WON'T LET ME POST WITHOUT GIVEN ONE

This is a good place it's clean it's respectful and it's quiet the manager here is awesome willing to help you do whatever you need to do
