Love love love this place! The fitness classes are fun, they push you, and I always burn a ton of calories. Everything I would want in exercise. And for such a reasonable price, you ALSO get one of their shakes - healthy, low in calories, and DELICIOUS. I go for the classes, but I know a lot of people who love the shakes so much that they go just for that! 1000% recommend!
This place is amazing. Healthy shakes, energizing tea and fitness classes every night. I saw on their facebook page they host monthly community nights such as Ladies Night, Paint Night, Make & Take Protein Ball night and they have Shake Parties 1-2 times a month. Definitely worth the visit!
Awesome place for nutrition and exercise! The staff is very friendly, they offer great exercise classes with lots of options and the shakes and teas are delicious!! So great to see a place like Royal Nutrition in the community!

This place and the humans inside of it are amazing! The shake and tea selection is huge and they are so good to me when someone else makes them for me, rather than doing it at home!
Love, love, love this place. The tea is my absolute favorite and the staff are literally the best! Very friendly and helpful! The atmosphere alone, is refreshing!
