My dog was ill and it was later in the day an hour to closing time. Dr. Harkavy and a vet tech stayed a little later and took great care of my dog. My dog, Zachary, looked at Dr. Harkavy with love in his eyes. He knew that she was helping him. She is an outstanding veterinarian.

We had a positive experience at the Royal Palm Veterinary Clinic and that my cat received great care and attention. Finding a passionate and honest pet doctor is a challenge, and it sounds like I found a great team there. Loretta was kind and helpful on the phone and in person, which was reassuring during a stressful time for me as a pet owner. It felt comforting to feel like I was talking to a friend when seeking advice and assistance for my cat. Doctor Sonja R. Friedbauer's was very easy to talk to, she is a humble, passionate, and professional veterinarian. We got all the questions answered and got proper treatment for my cat. I highly recommend this clinic for their expertise and dedication. Thank you so much!

Outstanding vet hospital. I was particularly impressed by how careful the docs are about explaining costs and the possible benefits. Not only are they knowledgeable and caring, but they also understand and care about the financial burden pet owners face. My diabetic cat was under their care. Dr. Harkavy was generous with her time making herself accessible in evenings and on weekends to answer questions and helping him not suffer. Ultimately his body gave out and Dr. Friedbauer provided helpful advice and care at the end. Front office staff is excellent as well. So glad to have this quality of vet service in our area.

I've brought my dogs over for general checkups, and I'm sad to say I had to rush over recently for one of our cats that passed. I found her cold and too late at home but still rushed over in hopes it wasn't too late. I called them while on the road rushing over. When I got there, they rushed to hold the doors open to let me in with her, immediately took her to the back, and came back to break the news which I didn't want to admit I already knew. Not only did they give me a separate room for our farewell, but they were ok with letting us have the room to wait for my wife, who left work to say goodbye as well. They were very caring, understanding, and extremely professional. We're grateful to have found this place for our 4 legged family members. Great service, whether it was for a regular visit or for the sad moments. Thank you.

I’ve been coming her for 3 years and I’m disappointed with the way they handle my last visit. My dog time was coming to an end and she did say she was okay with euthanizing my dog but we got blood work done and a usual check up. Blood work came back fine and his check up was okay for an older dog. She said he had life left in him and I was happy but after returning home I knew something was wrong. I went to a second opinion and she said my dog eye was popping out of the socket due to pressure from the brain tumor. She also said that his head is completely deformed from the tumor. I’ve went to royal palm in Feb and In July and they didn’t say anything about his deformed head or the mass that was growing near his eye. It was pretty noticeable. But RPV told me he’s an older dog and dogs get lumps and growths. I’ve also had to deal with how expensive every visit was. Our last visit they gave me a bill for 1200. Blood work/ x-ray and fecal test and meds. The second opinion told me that an X-ray wouldn’t show it and that if they just looked at his head you could tell. Now I know, she did say we could euthanize him but I felt like she was so money hungry. Charging me for this and that threw what felt like the end of the world for me. I felt like she took advantage of the situation and didn’t even evaluate my buddy properly. I did put him down because he couldnt breathe and I was told he was in extreme pain and only had about a month left. What bothered me is that I wanted my vet to tell me this. Not a second opinion. The company that ive been going to for three years neglected to give me an honest check up, opinion, and over all they didn’t do their job. I will say the lady at the desk was helpful. I had three kids with me and she was the best. But I won’t be returning I’m the photo next to his eye is a lump. The photo was taken before his check up in Feb. So he had this tumor for about 9 months. I just wished he was properly assessed so I could have given him the proper help

I can’t say enough about Dr Harkavy. I brought my Newfoundland GunnAr to her. She hadn’t taken care of him from the beginning when he was a puppy, but met him at the end of life. She was amazing and I know she loved him. She was compassionate. She answered 1 million phone calls from myself and my boyfriend, she called to check on him. She’s everything.

Took me and my dog right in as a walk in. Great staff and very professional. I 100% recommend this animal hospital as they took great care of him with full explanation of his ailment.

This place is outstanding. All of the staff is kind and treats your fur baby with the utmost care. A special call out to Dr. Weiss. You can truly see that he loves what he does and your pet will too! In addition, Summer was awesome! I get say enough about this vet. Your pets will be in the best of hands with them!!!

great vet, i highly recommend this is the best Ver in South FL. we drive from Delray Beach to Coral Springs for all of our vet needs on our dogs and cat.

My dog has a ligament tear up in the knee and I want to know if this place has a hydrotherapy to help my dog walk better and improve. Instead of surgery is long length of recovery. Help me find the best leg surgeons. Any recommendations?
