Do not go here. The low prices draw you in but you are much better off spending double somewhere you’ll actually get a good experience at. First off during the facial my eyelash extensions that i just paid $100 for last week all were completely ripped out by her constantly wiping my eyes with something. She cut my nose with the derma-planing razor. I found out when I got in the car with dried blood on my nose. During the massage she sat on the side of the table, that I was laying, on to do the massage. Also asked her to do a lighter pressure and 2 minutes later we started from square one. My total was said to be $120 but I was charged $127.50. I don’t mind paying taxes or any debit card fees but I think it’s important that you do tell your customers the actual total before taking their card behind the counter to charge them. I put $20 down on the counter for the tip and was asked “Don’t you think you want to tip a little bit more? You should put 5 more dollars down.” Personally I was not happy with my experience and the whole time just wanted it to be over but I still tipped anyway but that wasn’t good enough. I really should’ve read more google reviews before coming here. Woke up today and my back is so sore I feel worse than I did before coming here and wasting money. I really wonder if they have all the certifications necessary for the services they provide, because I’ve gotten plenty of facials and massages and never experienced anything like this. Never coming back.
I really like this place. It's a hole in the wall place and sometimes the English is not so great but the massages are on point and the price is freaking amazing. Dollar a minute. You can have up to 4 people at once massaging you...for real. After 10 visits you get 30 bucks off next visit. They don't f around over there. Again not the most eye pleasing place but it's cheap and quality massages. I'll be back again
Very happy with the massage and facial. They're very good.
Very basic decor ,nothing fancy ,clean, well run. Excellent Massage!
Stay away!!! Long nails what kind of person gives a massage with long nails , I was scratched the entire time , not proffesional , it was very painful! At the end I was soaked in oil , they have no idea how to massage oil ,!! they didn't even speak English, I usually don't give bad reviews unless it's really needed , and believe me I'm saving you not money but personally body pain!! I do not recommend
It’s was ok. I’ve been to better places, just thought I was getting a bargain. She left the room three times during the hour massage and when asked about a tip, I told her 10$ and she charged me 15$ instead. I won’t be back.
The massage is great, but i paid in cash and they never gave me change and i had gave the lady a 20$ tip before i found that out. So got jipped about 10$ extra so she actually got 30$ tip. The prices are so so but much cheaper than hand and stone and other name branded massage shops. I would go there again but will only bring what i will owe and the tip i want to give.
First of all, the place smells funky. Maybe it's the dirty fish tank when you first walk in. Secondly they hardly speak English and this is annoying because it was hard to communicate with them. You dont have to speak fluently but at least be able to communicate with me. During my massage, when they had me roll onto my back, I noticed that they had the door to my room ajar and I could see right into the lobby which means anyone in the lobby could see me. You could hear the front desk phone ringing along with the conversations. Halfway through the massage the music track ended and white noise was blaring out from the speaker. My therapist left the room twice during my massage for what I have no idea...maybe to answer the phone. The massage was ok though my neck is hurting today. The only good thing was the price.
It was my first deep tissue massage. I would go back. I wasn't asked if I had any problem areas but I felt satisfied.
