Royal Waffle King Hinesvi

Today the food was not good at all so, I'm giving it a low score. I've been there twice and the first time wasn't bad. Another reason for the low score is the service. The waitress wasn't rude, but she didn't let me know about the specials. You may say that's Petty but when you order something on the menu that just happens to be the same items on the special it might just piss you off.

here for an hour and all i got was my drink. i was told there would be a long wait, but i was okay with that at first. but as time grew, i started to get really hungry. i noticed the customers that were there before me still didn’t have their food and people were leaving. i felt so uncomfortable here the entire time. the staff were yelling unnecessarily loud and being rude, especially to each other, and no food was getting out, despite them constantly working. what was going on? we weren’t given any explanation or apology. when me and my husband finally walked out, one of the female staff yelled at us. i will never be back, despite wanting to visit here since living in hinesville for over 2 years. i should have read the reviews before i came.

My family and I love this place they can really cook so much flavor in their food. We are cookers so we know good food and these people get 10 thumbs up all the way. They also deliver and not only is the delivery super fast but the food is always still nice and warm when we get it!!!

Coffee is par for a small breakfast diner. Single server, moderately attentive, cook seemed seasoned though and moved fluidly on the grill. Food is tasty and good portioned. Overall, an ok start for a morning without really standing out significantly.

I absolutely love this place, I come here quite frequently with my family, and when I have visitors from out of state, I always bring them here. The staff and service is great, the food is better than waffle house in my opinion. If you haven't tried this place, I highly recommend it.

Wow, y'all must have been lucky on your day. My wife was eating her salad and luck she saw the dead whole fly on her fork and not half of it. Food was frozen then cooked or fried. Deals not worth getting sick over. Look at the filth if u observe behind the counter. Glad the cook wore gloves, even though he contaminated them by touching them to counters. He then hand flipped some patties. Nasty!

28 Sep 2017 This place couldn't be more disappointing. 1- Gave me the soggiest oil soaked eggs 2- Same lady cooked my food didn't take off her gloves to handle money. Went straight back to cooking with same gloves!

I use to like this place when they first opened up. But now they never get my order right, they take forever getting my food. So now I go to Waffle House. Get the same meal for a cheaper price and better taste. The service at waffle house is even better.

I used to work here and its not a bad place to eat. You can compare it to a huddle house or waffle house. I would like to comment on the lady who made the comment about the bread tie. Yes it was there but I was your server that day. The waffle that was ordered was being torn up by you to feed a child. Thank goodness the child had not yet begun to eat. Also the assistant mgr was there that day and you spoke to her. Then called back the next day to speak with the mgr because you came in on a Wednesday. How horrible for her to have a day off. I also know you were given that meal and several others for free. We apologized repeatedly. In addition you called back threatening to sue because you had to have your throat examined. You didn't eat any of that waffle. Shame on you for trying to make it seem as if you were hurt. I no longer work here and yes it was a bad situation but it was not done on purpose. The people who work here are hard working and good at their jobs. They bend over backwards to make their customers happy. I was sorry that day this happened but I can't sit by and let you make it out like this was common or you were not compensated

Owning my own business in town for many years and a single mother. I honestly feel Waffle King became our "second" home cooking dining room. My sons have grown up with the same staff, same great service and "solid home cooking" that I sought out when I was simply to exhausted to cook. At least in Hinesville GA the staff seems not to change, everyone knows you by name, they know how you like things, give great service and ya know what... I have tried the more expensive places in town... but if I don't want to cook my own steak. Royal Waffle King makes the "BEST STEAKS"..... in town. Just sayin... Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. this is the place to go for the closest home cooked meal you will get.
