The drivers are so awesome here. Today I went to the grocery store and the drivers were very helpful and so very kind. I'm so relieved to see these people at work helping others ..with sincerity. May The Almighty bless the drivers at RTP for their pure nature and good deeds..always.
RTP is a ok Company. But they lack communication to Legisticcare, they don’t care bout their clients, they come and go as they pleased and all they think about is money. I have been riding with them for a long time and they are known to screw around with other people’s especially my rides schedule, they also don’t even follow the requests on people wanted to be picked up at a certain spot for quicker and easy access. Also they like to cancel other clients rides without authorization and make them have no shows, even when they have the so called high volume. They need a better system and nicer drivers that knows what they are doing. You are better off riding with Smart, On-Time and Northeast Transportations cause they don’t screw you around and mess up your rides/schedules.
"Unreliable" is too kind a word for an organization that enjoys a virtual Monopoly on its market, and conducts its business accordingly. Perpetually overbooked, RTP has a happy of simply not showing up when they are scheduled to, without giving the required 48 hours notice. In fact, they don't care enough about their clients to give notice at all.
I called and its been many years since I've used RTP but Bill was as Rude as ever. I used to be able to get reimbursed for bringing myself or family/ friends on Mainecare to and from appointments. He acted like I asked a stupid question and I felt belittled by him. I always liked that option seeing how I missed many appointments due to no shows from drivers.
This company was pleasant, professional, friendly, attentive, prompt, and I even enjoyed the driver, I would recommend this service.
Why don't you guys stop being so cheap and tip the uber drivers who are providing the services you can't provide yourself.
