Rubalcaba Taco Shop

This is not your typical strip mall Mexican restaurant! The building is out of the business district but is well worth getting off the beaten path. The building is beautiful; high vaulted ceilings with gigantic picture windows, and natural wood, ambiance plus! The food and margaritas were delicious, enchiladas carnitas with a wonderful green sauce. Service could not have been better! The Mexican place to go to in Pahrump!

This place never disappoints! This new location is great. The inside looks so modern and clean! We were greeted immediately and sat right down. The drinks were delicious and the meal came so fast. Everything was tasty and the workers were kind And helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic food and the nicest restaurant in Pahrump. The chiles rellenos are excellent, the carne asada is marinated and flavorful, the soup with beef and hominy forgot the name was so delicious. The beans and rice aren’t food service from a can they are homemade and fresh. Overall this is now my favorite place to eat in Pahrump. Spotless, beautifully decorated and lots of big windows and comfortable seating. Great service, great prices and even greater quality! Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

1st time eat there. Nice place, well lit, clean. Food smelled good outside as walk in. Menu fairly large of options, prices ok, but when comparing to another place we been to more than once, serving size smaller here and roughly same prices. Flavor not as spicy as thought would be even not marked spicy. May try again as closer to home.

We had 7 tacos with some crunchy and others soft with all different types of fillings. They were all very flavorful and it only cost $16.00. that's correct, 7 decent sized tacos for $16.00. On top of that, the service was very nice also. An update: each taco and tamale is $2.80 and what a deal.Food: 5/5

Food was very good . My son asked for menudo & din' get lemon or crushed Pepper Other wise it very good . Owners need to dim lights a little bit. It is too bright.
