Front office staff is rude and lazy. You hardly see the dr, it’s usually a nurse practitioner. My test results came in from a laboratory and they never called me to discuss results. It was urgent and important for me to know results asap. Then when I called myself, they said they didn’t receive anything when I literally just got off the phone with the clinic who said they had sent results over 5 days before. Definitely would NOT recommend this office.

The staff need better training. They are rude never call to tell you your referrals are in when they been sitting there for a week. Dr Ruiz is the best but his staff are horrible. I would give it five stars if the staff had better training and not keep someone on hold for 15 min ....

Giving this place a 1/5 only because 0 stars isn’t an option. This place has very bad customer service. Staff are rude and need to be better trained. Called to request a medicine prescription for COVID sent to my local pharmacy and after multiple times of following up with this place, I kept being told they had sent my prescription over which they hadn’t. They couldn’t even provide a prescription number and kept saying there must’ve been an issue with my pharmacy. Dr Ruiz is great but the staff at this location are not good.

Giving them one star because they can load a syringe. They can barely use one. They can’t schedule authorizations properly and can’t even test blood pressure properly. They do not treat their clients with care. Very unprofessional office and this team cannot be trusted. That begins with Dr Ruiz and is reflected downward through the entire staff.

Great doctor. Always attentive and very helpful. The staff is super friendly and professional.

Not pros. Over charge co pay. Took more than 3 hours waiting which is not alot patient.
