Dressing room wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after our appointment start time. No real help was provided by staff, but don’t worry, they were right on it to give a 15 minute warning for our appointment ending time coming up. Got no information about purchasing and merchandise size availability. Everyone working practically ignored us the entire time. Felt like the employees assumed we weren’t legitimate shoppers and treated us as such. For a first time prom dress shopping experience I was trying to share with my daughter, it really let us down.
Love love love. I got my Junior Prom, Senior Prom, and Senior Winter Formal dress from here and LOVED them. An amazing experience. Definitely worth checking out!

We had a wonderful experience at Rubi Jubi! I went shopping with my niece who was visiting from out of state. We were so impressed with the variety of dresses. The store looks beautiful and I like how the dresses are assorted by color. The staff there was working hard getting the girls their dresses to try on. She was able to try on quite a few and of course found THE ONE! I would highly recommend!
I want to personally thank you for carrying flattering women’s size dresses at your store. Your associates had an excellent knowledge base of what they had available in cut, fit & sizes. They were patient and sweet. As a result, we found the perfect dress. It shipped quickly to the store with plenty of time for alterations. I could tell my daughter truly felt beautiful at prom; a hard feat with any teenager but especially one that doesn’t fit into just any dress. The crowd literally gasped and awed when she stepped out from behind the curtain at her high school’s grand march. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Absolutely perfect experience at Rubi Jubi! We were greeted right away by Kelsey, she was sweet and friendly. She explained the process and the way the dresses are organized. My daughter found a few and started trying them on. I asked Cari for a little help with deciding and she went above and beyond to assist us. It was truly a great experience & they have a fantastic selection of prom dresses. All in all I felt the prices were great and I found value in the shopping experience. Highly recommend booking an appointment for your special occasion. Thank you ladies!
do not go here if your above a size 10. especially not for short dresses. they have like only 3 sizes of each dress to try on. not size inclusive
Excellent experience last night prom dress shopping at Ruby Juby! The dresses are beautiful and the selection is immense. Cari, the store owner, did a fantastic job stocking the store with a beautiful array of colors and styles to fit all tastes. She was extremely helpful in helping with style and color selections. It was very evident that she knows her inventory well. We were very impressed with the quality of each dress that was tried on. Ruby Juby is a beautiful store with so many amazing dresses to choose from and great service made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
We had an excellent experience prom dress shopping!!! They were super helpful and had a great selection. We found the perfect dress, they helped us order the right size and it will be in a couple of weeks. Thanks everyone for the awesome experience!
The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The dresses were put together by color not size, very frustrating. It was an hour and a half drive, not worth it! The PROM Shop in Byron got our money. Great assortment of designer dresses by size. The staff was amazing.
