This store has went down hill. Shelfs are empty, there is a rotten food smell coming from inside the beverage coolers and more junk keeps appearing on the outside. Also hours are random, sometimes the doors will be locked and the lights off in the middle of the day. On the positive side of things have hot food, which is high quality and fairly priced and the baked goods are not bad either.
Whether you're hungry for breakfast, lunch or dinner stop in and grab some grub! Breakfast, pancakes, French toast, doughnutsby far my favorite, and more. Lunch, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and subs. Dinner I suggest you try the pizza! Oh and can't forget the desserts! Cake, lemon bars, personal pies, muffins and more. And most important to me is the friendly service you get from all the staff. After you visit Ruby Creek general store you can go just down the road and enjoy Ruby Creek.
This is a great little store that carried all the essentials we needed while renting a cabin in the area. Hardware, tackle, bait, food, ice cream, meats, ammunition, gas, propane, booze, ice, etc. Not a lot of any one thing, but a little of a lot of things, and most of what you could need. Definitely check it out.
We r working doing a retaining wall in the area and the bar where we normally eat next door wasn't open. So we got subs from the gas station and 7.00 bucks for a huge sub probably a half pound or more of ham bacon and turkey lots of cheese was well worth the money and better than subway if ur in the area and hungry u won't be disappointed with these subs....
Been going here since i was a kid. Unfortunately the times we're in seem to have taken its toll on the store. Up there a few times a yr and they seem to never have anything. Borderline abandoned vibe. Subs are still A+
They have alot of misc stuff you will need. Donuts are good! More smiles needed.
The great spot to grab some ice cream or needed supplies. They also have gas if you need it. Good people.
The fried Gator was the best I've ever had. Chancey, putting his love into that for sure.
Great selection of cheese and snacks. Very nice cashier.
