Poorly staffed business. The people there were working incredibly hard to keep this establishment afloat but the restaurant was grossly understaffed. We thought this would he a quick, simple meal but there were literally 3 or 4 people doing everything. We were asked to go to the bar area because service would be better. It was better but still horrible, drinks were constantly empty. Food took forever. People were coming in the door and standing, waiting to be seated, for far too long. Really bad deal. Again, nothing against the staff that was there, they were working incredibly hard. However, they need to downsize the available space and concentrate on smaller numbers. This made for a very, very poor experience.
I ordered blackened tilapia fish with rice pilaf and broccoli cheese soup. The fish looked uncooked. Chef just put little bit of spices on one side of the fish. The rice were not fresh. Rice felt very sticky and tasted old. The soup tasted and looked two days old. All of this for $20.51Food: 1/5
The highlight for this location is the pair of Canada geese in the parking lot. Applebee's staff have named them Apple and Bee. Mama Bee is incubating her eggs in the median of the parking lot.Food: 3/5
Our waitress was spot on with service. We went there because we hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a while. Glad the salad bar was still part of the experience.. It was nice to go somewhere familiar.
Food did not meet expectations Ordered takeout food one hour in advance, but still waited 30 mins before attendant brought the food out. It was not made clear the reason for the wait, considering it was a not packed Thursday night. Unfortunately this was my first and last time eating here. Other better food options nearby.
Went there as a single and was seated in the bar area which I don't really appreciate since I came for dinner not to be surrounded with a noisy atmosphere. The salad bar was okay but fewer items than usual as cost cutting I suppose and it was not well maintained as there were empty items. The bourbon chicken had good flavor but the chicken was dry and overcooked. Overall okay for the price the service was good but not attentive since it was the bar area.
Surprised this restaurant was opened for dining in. Very immaculate with lots of tables spaced 6 feet apart. My flight crew and I were greeted and seated right away as we were the first customers of the day. Very nice and polite server. Got our drinks quickly and returned to take our order. Took a little longer than usual to receive our meals, being we were the only ones there at the time. Got our appetizer which was the chips and queso dip. Pretty good. Ordered Shrimp Fajitas, Hamburger with tater tots and Chicken Carbonara. Very good choices of meals.
The place is dirty. I wanted to take a bleach cloth and wipe down the chairs. I have never seen ones more filthy in a restaurant. Our server was very good, but the food took forever. The urinal in the men's room was broken. I think this location only survives because it is close to the airport.Food: 2/5
I attempted to dine in. It was 1 PM and not busy. It took forever to be greeted and seated. I sat for 20 plus minutes and no one took my order. Several couples came in after us and were waited on. The waitress was taking their order when I decided that Ruby Tuesdays didn't need or want my business.Food: 1/5
This still-surviving, fast-casual restaurant chain is known for their endless salad bar, which is 15.99$ at this location as a meal. You can also add it to most menu items for around 6$. Menu is similar to Chili's or TGIF otherwise. Service was somewhat attentive but mostly invisible. Everyone enjoyed their food, with everything from burgers to chicken to salmon cooked as ordered.
