The food was really good. The sirloin was tender and juicy; however, my wife’s steak looked better. Waitress was very nice and informative of questions we asked. Service was fast and friendly. The alcoholic drinks are a little high priced and not worth it in my opinion. The endless garden bar is worth the substitution for your side.
I recently went for a girls day with my mom and sister. We were shopping and this was convenient. We were seated and the chairs were wobbly. That's a safety concern first thing. Then our cokes were flat, no problem our waitress bought us something else. We ordered appetizers. They were fine, but when our lunch order of Bella chicken cam out as we were cutting into it my sister said hers was pink in the middle. As my mother did the same hers was also raw. That was disgusting. It could really make someone sick. They asked what else they could get for them in return and of course their appetite was gone because ewww raw chicken. Then our bill was $42 no apologies or anything. No offer for a free dessert or app or anything. I would not recommend this Ruby Tuesday!!
We always have a great time every time we visit this Ruby Tuesdays. The cocktails are good try the new frozen Ruby Red Cosmo! and the food is delicious. We went today and sat out on the patio. I will say the hostesses were not friendly this time around but our server Stuart made up for it. He was awesome- gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely the best service we have had so far!
I have used many restaurants “To-Go” service, Olive Garden, Cracker Barrel, and have had wonderful experiances. Tonight though I placed a to-go order on my way home. When I walked in there was no one in the restaurant. I had to walk to the back to find a staff member. When I had finally got my meal I left. I go home and I ordered the 8oz Top Sirlion. My steak was decent, but they had forgotten all my sides! Talk about a waste of money and a disappointment. Very unhappy with the service and half my order wasn’t there!
I won't waste my time going in there again. It used to be a decent restaurant, not anymore. My girlfriend and I Christmas shopping at the mall the week before Christmas decided to go in and dine. The floor appeared littered with food scraps as we were seated. Finally a waitress appears and politely says, "I'm sorry but we're out of chicken, shrimp and salmon tonight, so any dishes that contain those items are unavailable." After reviewing the menu, 75% of the menu consisted of either chicken, shrimp or salmon, leaving fairly minuscule choices. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. On the way out, I mentioned to the host, "Please inform the manager of this restaurant that he needs to do better planning for the needs of his customers." He responded by asking, "What do you mean?" I was then compelled to explain, "You have a popular restaurant that is connected to the largest mall in Wilmington. This is the week before Christmas with a lot of shoppers inside, which means you will likely have a lot of diners to enter this establishment. Here I am at 6:30 pm having to walk out of here because you are totally out of chicken, shrimp and salmon, leaving very few choices for dinner. I call that extremely poor planning. Plus, your floor is littered with food scraps and needs sweeping. Goodnight!" I don't spend my money in establishments that are managed in such a manner and don't plant to in the future.
The food and service were both excellent. The restaurant looked clean, and we were greeted promptly. The food tasted fresh, and their salad bar was beautiful! Will definitely be coming again soon.
Went to grab a bite to eat after a lil shopping & ordered drinks. UNFORTUNATELY they didn't have the mixer I wanted for my drink. The male server offered me another drink, it taste like water & fruit juice, I declined it. Asked for ANOTHER drink, they were out of the alcohol itself. My sister & I said the HELL with EVERYTHING, even the food we had ALREADY ordered. The male server didn't seem to bothered by the fact we were unhappy. Didn't offer to get a manager either. Just walked off & gave a disgusted look over his shoulder. WE WILL NEVER EVER step foot in this place again & the bathroom was NASTY!!!!! Instead we went to BOURBON ST IN FRONT STREET & they had EVERYTHING we wanted. EVERYTHING was PERCECT. OUR server got a nice sized tip from us. Eat @BOURBON ST. IT'S DELICIOUS!!!!!!
Food was good and prepared well, not over cooked or under seasoned. The dry rub ribs aren't anything to write home about, but they were definitly worth the money. The salad bar was excellent and everything appeared fresh and tidy
We frequently eat at this Ruby Tuesday location and, until recently, have had good food and good service. This last time, we ordered two appetizers - the shrimp and the tempura green beans. Both appetizers were very small portions. My wife ordered the grilled salmon, grilled asparagus and zuchinni. The salmon was one of the smallest pieces I've ever been served. The grilled asparagus were inedible. When my wifeI went to the rest room, there were trash bags hanging over one of the booths. When we left, there were still tables left uncleared and food on the floor. It will be a while before I eat there again.
I absolutely love this place. It is all due to the service that I receive each and every time from the server KEVIN. He is very courteous, polite, and very prompt with greeting me and my family. He is always wearing a smile. Thank you for the great service you always provide. Keep up the great work that you do !!
