The employees here are super sweet and helpful with anything and everything you need as a customer and don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them. I needed so much help with online orders & gift cards and they went above and beyond for me. Really good customer service & good vibes here at this location, it’s my go to now :
Love all the crew! There is one guy who works there and he is fantastic! He helped me my first day there and always my go-to for clothes advice. Everyone is quick and paying attention when you need a fitting room. : Always the best service at this rue!
Unorganized found a pair of jeans on sale in clearance last pair in store grabbed another pair similar because it had no tag. took it to register they said they couldn't use those jeans because they WERE NOT AN EXACT MATCH so she walked around looking for the jeans pulled 3 DIFFERENT PAIRS that didn't even look similar but were similar cut and tried to ring up full price. Used to be a regular customer never going back it was absolutely ridiculous.
My daughter was going to the beach to celebrate her friend's birthday,, she needed a new bathing suit. It was around 8:30pm, I ran up to town praying to have something open. Stores in the plaza were turning lights off and closing up. As I approached rue21 the gentleman had keys in hand but kept the door open as I was approaching. He asked if I needed something, I told him my ordeal and invited me in. He took me straight to the swimsuits, told me to take my time. Thankfully I found 2 suits,, he offered a return of my purchase if the items didn't work out. I was extremely impressed by his kindness, help and offers. I was back in there Tuesday for school clothes. He was right there to help with my needs, and I needed the help,, jeans with no rips, part of a new uniform policy. He showed me 3 sections. I left with 4 pairs of non-ripped jeans, ,which were BOGO 1/1 half off , 1 pair with rips, just for a fun pair. Another pair with rips and a pair of shorts from clearance rack and 3 undergarments. All the staff were very helpful and kind. I'll be back in a couple of weeks for my sons school clothes. So if you haven't shopped there before, do not delay any longer. It's soo worth the try. Susie
I used to go when there was a young man like years ago and I stopped going about 8 months ago because of a young lady that was there she was the manager. Awful service I'm sure she didn't want me in there the attitude was only with me. But there is a gentleman there now and the customer service was awesome great personality like a young lady by the name of tweety. I only remember because she had the loony toons character name and she always helped me dress.
Cheaply made clothes at cheap prices. Great clearance and sale racks. Store is usually pretty messy and for some reason always smells terrible. Staff are distracted and not too friendly. Check out always takes a ridiculous amount of time.
Overall the store is clean but just a little messy as far as some of the clothing racks but the employees were doing the best they could to keep up after rude customers who rummage through items leaving a messy pile of clothes behind with no care in the world. Staff were helpful and friendly!
Shopping was great and nice clean store, the manager there knows absolutely nothing about the Credit card application, thats apparently on a phone app my mom wanted to get a card through them but the young lady who was checking us out didn’t know how to do it, so of course she did her job and asked help from the manager, the man sat there for 10mins trying to explain how to do it until I walked over to my mom, then looks at me and says “well I’m being honest with you ma’am I don’t know how to do it, but I seen a customer doing it” But yet was arguing with me on how to do it but yet was trying to say over an over again how a “customer” did it? I said well you being a manager should know how to do it I don’t have that customer in front of me showing me how to do it, and all he was saying was well I don’t know how to do it I only seen a customer do it this way? Lmao lord at this point I told him im not going to argue with you, so my mom just payed and you could tell he was up set that I confronted Him about the whole thing, point blank period if your a manager you should know how to run things in your store, it’s ur job to instead of making a customer seem and feel like there doing something wrong.
We Love the vibe of the store, clean and friendly service...
