My family came to the boardwalk in Bossier, LA to enjoy shopping and time together. My 2 daughters were treated very rudely and was yelled at by staff as they shopped. I’m not sure what kind of day staff experienced but their behavior was not called for. With very little shopping options at the boardwalk, I do not see a reason to return. Not sure how they are still open. I can only hope they train their employees what customer service is. We ended up spending our money on the other stores that know how to treat customers with respect.
On 13th around 4ish pm I went shopping trying to find a shirt I went into the regular size woman graphic tee shop as I was approached by a very tall woman with little hot Cheeto looking twist black and like red she said “oh there’s shirts in plus size section” I told her I didn’t wear plus size I wear a medium in shirts as she gradually unfolded a medium size shirt looked at then looked at me and said “you wear this kind of medium” and as I told her yes again she stepped back looked at me and said “oh okay” after that she went up to this man who was working in the store and she was talking about me to him because she kept looking at me if tired turning this in and contacting customer service but I have gotten nothing back this is extremely hurtful and rude to guess and body shame your customers I will be going back and getting her name and picture and taking this to the hire ups other then that this place no longer has my business DO NOT SHOP HERE if your plus size or for gods sake a human because the treatment you will get is outrageous if you’re not a family or friend
The customer service was great, very nice clothes and hats, didn't really find anything that I like personally
Terrible customer service they are rude and unprofessional the made me and my group leave because we were standing around waiting on a friend to come out the dressing she came at us yelling to get out we left and was hanging out outside the store all of a sudden we had to completely leave the whole board walk for no reason I feel like our race had something to do with it
Love the employees there. They're so helpful and kind .
The store worker was super angry because we allowed others in the store. She raised her voice and said not to touch her door! Very disappointing!
I was rushed out of the dressing room at 6:33 because I was told that the store was closing in 10 minutes. When I asked for a dressing room one of the workers said he would think about it. And he continued to shout things at me from across the store. I will not be back.
Rude worker stated that the dressing was isn't open because she's working by herself! Never heard of this before!Meanwhile the other coworker was at IHOP.
One of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had while buying CLOTHES! I bought a denim jacket at full price that ended up being DEFECTIVE. Try to return it 30 min after being purchased but couldn’t because “It didn’t had the tag” . Went all around the mall looking for a lost tag for 30+ min. Finally found it after almost an hour. The WORST Rue21 Or retail clothing store EVER. The worst and most unfair manager. Never ever buying from rue21 after this experience. Hope y’all get better and more qualified staff.
The young sales rep was so helpful ..Not only to me but I witness her doing so for others. She went out of her way try to find me a particular shirt...Tupac to be exact that unfortunately no longer available ,but that did not deter her from trying to further assist me. Hats off to you young. Sorry I didn't get your name, but keep up the good work.
