The prices on their jeans are ridiculous! They charge as much as Express or a higher end store. The staff is not really knowledgeable on what they have.
I had an amazing experience today with Marisol and Montse hoping I spelled her name right.. I honestly don’t really enjoy coming to the mall but they both made me feel very welcomed and gave me exceptional customer service.. I even knocked my coffee over in here feeling really embarrassed but they both handled it so professionally and got it cleaned up very fast and efficiently for me! They went above and beyond while I was here, these two deserve a raise!!!! Thank you both again, I’ll definitely be back!
Excellent deals on clothes, went in there with a certain amount of money and I ended up with so much more, because of the excellent deals and that the store had.
I've shopped at a few Rue 21 locations and I have to say The Aurora Mall location was the best I've been in. It was exceptionally clean, the employees were extremely helpful and very friendly. Shopping for clothes is such a stressful time for me and even the manager Nicole came to help. She was very friendly and so patient. She definitely made this one of my best shopping experiences ever! I Will definitely be back!!
Manager and guy behind counter was very rude. They didn't help us. They thought waiting at the register was what they was getting paid to do!!! I was there to shop for family members. Instead of thanking them for saving me from wasting my money at the store, i want to say I hope they learn how fortunate they are to have a job and learn what needs to be done to keep it. They have a lot of growing up to do. The Company needs to be careful about who they hire to represent the Rue 21 Brand!!
All of their employees never seem to know what they are doing. I hate waiting in line forever and that constantly happens bc everything is more important than the customer. Maybe you should do an iq test and drug test before hiring people. Its a shame you have employees nose deep in your fragrances rather than helping customers.
Poor quality. My daughter got some shoes here for the holiday. She wore them one time and they busted out along the entire side of the foot. We didn't have the receipt so the manager would not exchange them. Very un-kool.
The worst place EVER. Rue 21 is hurting in the retail market, so you'd think they'd try harder to keep ppl in the store. The little short haired blonde manager is rude, they all hang out at the register with the line 10 ppl deep. A lot of private conversations in public. A lot of teenagers with no work ethic, and a manager to correct their behavior. I'm always livid whenever I leave this store which means I don't need to go to this store anymore.
My Fav.... Joggers are very Relaxing to me so i buy a few pair every other week
Great customer service! Sweet middle aged lady from Cali at the register had me laughing and smiling as she checked me out. Very helpful and friendly!
