Excellent customer service, outstanding facilities even the self wash has a lift so you don't need to bend over saving your back. Extremely clean and has top of the line products. And additional add on services available too, I won't go anywhere else! Thank you!

Had the absolutely best experience! We took our two bulldogs for a self wash. Super easy and they provided everything you need. We brought a special shampoo for our frenchie but our English was able to use the house shampoo and conditioner. They have deshedding tools, qtips and doggie spritz! It was so cute when we checked out they have the dogs a holiday gift! We loved it so much that we tried their daycare service and my dog had a blast. They even sent us pics of him enjoying a frenchie day! They even cut his nails. I would highly recommend.

What a phenomenal experience taking my new puppy to Ruff Haus for grooming! I was a little anxious about how he would do and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

Went in to get my dog a cut… Horrible customer service from the owner, doesn’t even bother to take his earphones off while he’s talking to you so u have to speak louder so he can hear you over his music… he’s not friendly, he doesn’t smile overall rude. When he called me to pick her up he said on the phone “come get your dog, we couldn’t do anything else but a bath because ur dog is not the greatest”. When I went to get her he had someone else give her to me and charge me, she claimed my dog was biting at them never has my dog tried biting anyone or anything I ended up taking her with another groomer few weeks later and had no complaints at all. I asked if she had tried biting they said no, that she was just a bit scared trying to hide but no aggression and was able to get the job done with a bit more patience. Would def recommend finding another place if ur dog isn’t used to grooming…

Amazing is about the best description I can think of. The facilities though not huge were extremely clean and well kept up. The help was second to none they made sure I knew how to use everything and was comfortable using it, more than willing to answer any questions I had. They had clean towels available and multiple at that and any grooming utilities you can think of from brushes to nail cliplers and cotton swabs and balls along with ear cleaning solution and leave in conditioners. Top notch self service grooming I will not go anywhere else to wash my dog! Highly recommended check them out!

Ruff Haus did an amazing job grooming my dog. She was clean and well-trimmed. The shampoo and conditioner they use must be premium because my puppy didn't itch or scratch afterward. I used to take my shih tzu to another groomer and she would always itch and scratch to the point where I needed to bring my own products for baths. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and love the little bow they put on the harness after they are done.

I loved this place, my dog is not good with other dogs and this is the perfect place for his full service bath! I used the self serve which has semi private rooms x2. Staff was really helpful..will definitely go back! Thank you :
