-Online- You simply comment with your size and email under the picture of the product you would like to purchase. You have 24 hrs to pay for your order before it expires. If you order expires we will send an invoice to the next person in line. Payments are accepted by using Paypal.
Returns: All regular priced items will be exchanged for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit MUST be used within 60 days of original purchase. All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the package. There is a reship fee of $3 for any exchanges. All orders ship for a flat $5. Ruffles & Rowels will not be responsible for shipping and reshipping fees. All sale items and accessories are final sale *NO EXCEPTIONS*. If we receive an item that is damaged, worn, not in original condition, or past return date. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT GRANT THE EXCHANGE. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.
