This isn’t a complaining review, quite the opposite. I only tend to leave good reviews if I do a review..I hate the self checkout because the machine doesn’t ever work it’s touchy etc and I dread it because I have a panic attack everytime I check out here. However this time, yes I was having trouble a lot, it kept calling a customer service person over. Well it was a young person I believe they were possibly trans so I don’t want to miss label. All I can say is that they were the most kindest, sweetest, understanding individual I’ve ever came in contact there. I was on the verge of crying because people were behind in the line, the machine kept not working and I was already worried that was going to happen. I only have these panic attacks at the grocery store of all things…They helped me through it all, kept reassuring me it was ok, they didn’t seemed bothered having to come to the checkout every 8 items and I had a lot because I only go shopping once a month due to living an hour away. I can’t rave on this person enough. This store needs a million more of them. He was young, with blonde hair. I came in on 5.25.2023…There really are good people out there. Thanks a lot for helping me get through that. You don’t know how much I appreciate/acknowledge your understanding.

The store carries Kroger brand and since we don't have a Kroger's around it's a great little place to shop I can find my food reasonably priced here and I can find almost anything I need without having to go to a bigger name store

My favorite Rulers..Fruit is very Good and Cashiers have been very nice as well.. Prices on many items is worth going into Rulers.

My cashier Miesha at the Belleville location was smiling and full of life on her first day of work. Good job training her.

Good food and fair prices,  love their macaroni,  cold slaw, and potato salads

We love our Ruler store and the Employees,  however our experience today w I'm assuming a new cashier wasn't  very pleasant,  I'll give her the benefit of the doubt , but if it happens again I will send a complaint.

Having a guy checking out in full drag is the last straw never will I or any of my family will ever step foot in your freak show of a business unbelievable

Like the old adage says you get what you pay for.  I don’t come here for anything beyond the produce which is extremely well priced and fresh.   It’s pretty small so it can be fairly crowded inside but the cashiers keep everything moving at a nice pace and the customers are friendly as well.   As said not my go to grocery store but for certain items it’s perfect

Been shopping here for the past year bc the prices were so much better . Today I paid more for my eggs and meat than Walmart is charging .  I will not be back .

My favorite store! Their milk is cheaper, love their fruit and vegetables..They have a variety of foods to choose from.. Their cashiers are very Pleasant and I like that first... Love the one on north belt west! What's my grade out of ten? 9+...
