I went looking for a pair of Ariat work boots in my size. I wear a 14EE. Not easy to find at other local stores. Found em and at a great price. Also found a nice selection of Carhartt in big man sizes! I will be back! Update: Mid-May and lots of new chicks & ducks are still arriving daily! Update: Mid-August and Rual King is still selling chicks, ducks, and turkeys!
Free popcorn is awesome. They have some stuff you wouldn't expect to find anywhere else like live chicks and laundry supplies to gardening and hunting gear to food products and clothing. It's a man's world there lol
If you know what it is and what it's clientele value it for, you get it. This location seems to consistently have more full shelves and overall stock on hand, cleanliness, assistance and knowledgeable associates, this is the best of the locations within 50 miles and personally, their selection, service and pricing is far superior to Factory Farm and Fleet
Shockingly unhelpful staff and inaccurate stock listings on website. My husband went in with a list of six items, all showing online that they were in-stock at this store, and came home with nothing. He could not find a single thing he needed. He asked multiple employees for help and they all either refused or gave him useless/wrong information. He walked around the store for over an hour and searched the entire parking lot for nothing. We will not be returning, unfortunately.
Cheap retailer of Chinese wares. Staff very unhelpful when asked about tractor repair and parts. But they got a gun bar I guess if you buy those like household consumables. If you need parts tho just call Grainger and buy American! editing my review to add: The "owner" replied here and gave me directions to do their job for them. I have already provided my feedback. Sheesh, nobody wants to work anymore. editing again: I honored the Owner's reply here to give them another try. I need some stockade panel but the store closest to me doesn't have any in inventory. I called the Xenia store to see if they could order some. The rep told me not to trust the corporate website and to call the Springfield store and ask them to send some to Xenia and they would not otherwise order any. The rep at the Springfield store told me they don't do that ever. If that's the case then why did the Xenia store tell me to call their sister store? I found stockade panel elsewhere.
I saw some good prices on their mailer. So, I am trying the items out. If they are good, I'll return for more.
Giant Kia rio swallowing potholes and no clearly marked parking lines. Cannot get through isles. No breaks in middle isles for way more than 30 ft apart. If someone is standing in line at sporting goods you have to hunt to find a way to other side of main isle so you can get to register. So many fire code and ada violations inside this cluttered store. I LOVE HOW STOCKED THEY ARE. SO MUCH BETTER STOCKED THAN SPRINGFIELD OHIO STORE. THIS IS WHY THEY GET TWO STARS.
I like Rural King. You can get some unique and exclusive thing there. They have a relaxed shopping experience.
Friendly staff. Very helpful. The purchase of my trailer was very quick and easy
The way they have the store lit, hurts my eyes. But other than that, they have absolutely everything.
