I like this store, it was definitely different from what I'm use too. I'm not from the area but will drive the half an hour just too go in here! You can find everything & anything with good prices. They are pretty friendly as well.
Staff was very friendly and polite. Took my pup in trying to socialize her and staff was so sweet and interactive with her. Made me feel welcome and at ease having my pup there.
A lot of shelves bare, did not have a good inventory, except for power tools. Watched an employee walk past dog poop on the floor several times and never cleaned up
I have been to other locations and moved to a city around Elyria. I though it might be fun to work there and applied and a lady called me to come in but I needed a weekend appt. Called and talk to the Store Manager Makeyla to set something up. When asking for directions she became insulting and rude and would not give me directions. I told her I would call the other lady on Monday and had another call come in so I had to go. This Makeyla called me back when I was on my other call and told me they were not moving forward with my application. How rude. This store Manager was so rude in tone and did not want to help me and to leave that type of message on my phone when I was not even speaking to her. Maybe that is why there is so much TURNOVER at this location. After I was told by the owner to give them another chance which I did I then was treated badly by Makeyla and Patrick and lied to and told things that were not true regarding my application. I will definitely be telling other people about this. Word of mouth goes along way!! This store is junkie and shelves are bare. Will never enter this store at any location again!! I tried calling corporate HR to discuss this and left my name and number and was NOT called back!! This does not surprise me one bit! Junkie people and Junkie store!
Very rude employees not helpful at all. Lucky for us we never have to go back. I had never been to a rural king that was my first experience. Maybe the last.
Staff very knowledgeable helpful also pleasant Many items that other stores do not have at more than reasonable prices Also they have online shopping for store pickup and delivery Livestock is a plus for kids
It is a well stocked store with working E-cards at least 3 of them and they also have wheel chairs for the customers use. It is a down home friendly place
If you have a farm, a farm, you are looking for a chick, a rabbit, you also need food, this place is perfect. You can also find basic items for the home, personal use, equipment for the home, gardening and much more. Take your time to visit this place you will find everything for you and for all your needs. In addition, the team of employees are very friendly and are always attentive in case you need something.
Love the Christian music the play while we Shop here all the time for furry animal's.Good friendly nice stuff always offer help ..
Went to buy grass seed and all the bags were ripped. They seen that we lost seed everywhere and still charged us $95. We even said something about it and you could tell that they didn't care. Give me the money!! Lol
